Drink Till You Die

Time ticks closer to midnight,

Where have you been?

You're never around when i need you,

You're never around at all.

Your breath always smells of bourban,

You were out drinking once again.

I stay up all night waiting for you,

To make sure you get home safe.

You don't even say thank you,

You don't even say good night.

In the morning i hurry past you,

To hide the tears that i've cried.

You barely take any notice,

Your heads down the toilet again.

I'm leaving in the morning,

Packing my bags and i'll be gone.

I can't take the pain I'm feeling,

I won't watch you drink till you die.
