"Jendeuk?" Jisoo entered her wife office room, seeing how focused her wife on her works wearing her round glasses making Jisoo stunned with the view, it's been 8 years since she met Jennie, 3 years since they tied the knot, but yet she still fall over and over to the cat eyes woman.
Walking quietly she turned her back and went to the kitchen, picking some snacks and a carton of milk ice cream she bought earlier, on her way back home. She tiptoed towards her wife with hands full of Jennie's favorite.
Slowly, she put the snacks on the table and started picking up the mess her wife made on the floor. She knew her wife is so tired of thinking a lot of things about the upcoming event. After done cleaning the mess she went to her wife and kissed her head lovingly,
"Hye, love"
Jennie on the other side, flinched a little bit but can't help to blush at the nickname Jisoo just called her, even after so many years Jisoo always has the effect that could make her heart goes like a rollercoaster.
Turning her head and pouting, she whispered a small hi, making Jisoo turned her chair so that her body is facing her, putting her hands on the younger shoulders, she said to her wife gently,
"Love, I know you're tired come, let's take a rest, I bought your favorite, " Jisoo pulled her wife's hand gently, helping her get off the office chair, Jennie just let her wife pull her, tiredness all over her body making her sigh. Jisoo turned her body and pull Jennie into a hug, rubbing her back gently, trying to make her wife feel better.
"Love?"
Jennie hummed in response but Jisoo knew something was wrong.
Jisoo pulled away from the hug, bring her hand to cup her wife chubby cheeks, caressing with her thumbs, with that act, Jennie burst into tears pulling Jisoo to hug her again, Jisoo didn't waste her time to return the hug and whispered all the comfort words to her lover.
After a while, Jisoo felt her wife's breath getting steady, she pulled away softly and cupped her wife's cheeks again, wiping the remaining tears on the latter face, she then bring her wife to their room, leading her to the bed. After settling her wife, she was about to go when Jennie small hand grabbed her wrist,
"No... Don't go anywhere..." she whined making Jisoo chuckled a bit and peck her pouty lips,
"Just a second, baby, I'm going to take the stuff I left at your office, okay? You want your ice cream, don't you?"
Jennie nodded slowly, and smile a little feeling better when Jisoo peck her lips again,
"Hurry, " Jennie whispered making Jisoo laughed and run to the office room and rushed back to their room.
"Here you go, baby, you want anything else?" Jisoo put all the snacks on the table lamp beside the bed and hand her wife the ice cream, making Jennie smile happily.
"So... feeling better now? If you want to talk about it, I'm here for you okay? Don't stress yourself, and you know how easily you can get sick... I'm here for you, baby... but if you don't want to talk about it, it's okay, let's just cuddle and watch movies!" Jisoo said after settling herself beside Jennie. Jennie immediately snuggle into Jisoo arm and put her head on the latter's chest, hearing Jisoo words, making her heart flutter, and she knew that Jisoo was so worried about her. Once, the same thing happen too, it was on the first month of their marriage, Jisoo was so worried until she stays awake for the rest of the night, just to make sure that Jennie wouldn't cry anymore.
"Honey...?"
"Yes, baby?" Jisoo kissed the latter head, again and again, making Jennie blush,
"can we just cuddle and you feed me this?" Jennie said in aegyo making Jisoo melted,
"Sure, baby"

"Mhm?"
Both are lying on the bed spooning each other while watching the movie that Jennie chooses. Okay... Just Jisoo who are focusing on the movie, while Jennie busy admiring her wife's side profile.
"What are you doing tomorrow?"
"Oh yes, " Jisoo suddenly straightening herself, pulling herself from the latter embrace,
"Do you have anything to do tomorrow?" Furrowing her eyebrow, Jennie hit Jisoo chest slightly while giggling
"I asked you first!" Jisoo just smile smugly as responded,
"Let's have dinner tomorrow,"
"We have dinner every day, Chu"
"No, Yes, no, I mean, let's have dinner at the restaurant tomorrow, it's been a while since we have a dinner date, y' know..."
Jisoo mumbling the last words making Jennie smile softly, bringing her small hand towards her wife's face, she stroke her wife's cheek lovingly before giving it a peck.
"Sure hon, I miss having a date with you too"
"Great! Then, a date tomorrow!"
"A dinner date, " Jennie pecked her lips and correct her wife,
"Nope! A whole day date!"
"But, don't you have work tomorrow?"
"I took a day off"
Jennie raised her eyebrow,
"Are you serious?"
"Yes, " Jisoo smile happily, showing her white teeth,
"I even asked Irene to clear your schedule tomorrow!"
"What?!"
"You-you don't like it?"
"But! Tomorrow, I will have a big meeting with the Director!"
"Oh, don't worry, I contacted your Director already,"
"Chu..."
"And... I've sent your design and proposal to her already,"
"You WHAT?! But I didn't finished it yet! I don't even have ideas to finish it! A-and now! I'm still cuddling with you!"
"Oh, you don't like it?" Jisoo had her head hung low, and Jennie mentally cursed herself for her sudden outburst,
"No-no, I mean, Yes, aish, I love cuddling with you, but I don't even finish the design yet!"
"No, you did"
"No, I didn't"
"Yes, you did finish it, I saw it on your table when I came back earlier to fetch the file that I left, I thought that you forget about it, I contacted Irene and asked her"
"B-but! That one is awful! It's the most ugliest design I ever made!"
Knowing her wife will burst into tears again, she grabbed her wife's arm and pull her into a hug, rubbing her back, Jisoo softly said,
"You never did something ugly, awful, or anything bad, all you did is perfect, it's was outstanding! I'm sure the Director will love it, your work never disappoints them"
"B-but"
"Shhh" Jisoo pulled out her phone, opening the text between her and Jennie's boss,
"Chu..."
"See? I told you, they love it!"
"And... You even got to take a week of rest!"
"Chu..."
Pulling away from the hug, Jennie put her arm around her wife's neck and crush their lips. Jisoo could taste her wife tears between the kiss making her pull away,
"Hey... Don't cry..."
"Shut up, and kiss me"
Jisoo smiled between the kiss and before Jennie could deepen the kiss Jisoo pulled away, resting her forehead on the designer's forehead and nuzzling their nose, Jisoo bring her wife closer by pulling her wife's waist, so their chest is on each other's.
"Baby, you are perfect, don't -"
Jennie put her finger on Jisoo lips, wanting the latter to stop,
"No, chu, I'm not perfect, you complete me, with you by my side, everything is perfect"
