That was the last chapter of Before Summer.
AHHHHH. WHAT THE FUCK?????
That wasn't meant to be the last chapter. I definitely planned for at least thirty chapters, but it just felt right to end it where I did.
I just want to say how grateful I am for all the support on this book. It means so much to me, and it's so hard saying bye to yet another set of characters. First Grace, then Paise, now Summer.

All of my books are personal in some way, but this one especially. I can't say that I didn't fabricate and dramatize a lot of the parts, such as the situations with both Summer and Noah's parents. I can say that I did relate on some level to so many things I wrote about in here.
This book felt like a little diary sometimes.
You guys motivate me so much, and I HAVE to say that I love you all for giving me this little space while I've been struggling here and there—even if this is all just seen as fiction, I've felt seen.
