The person with this quirk is able to control the powers of the 7 elemental dragons. The person may use up to 3 elements at once but will suffer the draw backs of each element.
Given Quirk: Sun
Also person to create flashes of light as bright as the sun along with heat flashes. The draw backs include over heating and extreme sensitivity.
