Nezu POV

It has been a very busy couple of months recently. Weekly updates from Aizawa and Yamada have been helpful in decerning the little nekos health and mental capabilities. The Todoroki family has also been very reliable in the information aspect of Shoto's case. His case is almost complete as I just have to format a couple more things and organize all of the information for Aizawa and Yamada. Izuku's case on the other hand has been very difficult, even for me, to properly research and formulate.

There is very little information about Hisashi Shimura, which is very suspicious and concerning. However, one thing that was very surprising though was that Izuku was the nephew of Nana Shimura, Toshinori's old mentor. My search for anything on Hisashi Shimura continued for weeks. Scowering government documents and records, hacking into computers and accounts. Anything I could find that was somehow connected to Izuku's father I searched.

It started out as mere curiosity, but it slowly turned into a feeling of urgency as I began to uncover encoded government records and more relative information between Hisashi and the underground. That was until today. I sat back in my chair as I stared at my screen in shock. I knew I could figure out the mystery behind Izuku's father, but I didn't think the rabbit hole would lead me to this conclusion. I stared at my screen a second longer before grabbing the phone and dialing Aizawa.

"Nezu?" a gruff voice asked through the line. "Aizawa. This is very important and concerns little Izuku. As he is in your care, it is vital that I need you and Yamada in my office in the next hour." I didn't let him say anything or argue. I simply hung up. I didn't worry about him questioning me, especially when I specified that it had to do with Izuku. Next, I dialed Toshinori. He wasn't my favorite hero to call, but it was also imperative he should also be at my office. The call was short and sweet just like Aizawa's except this time I was quick to avoid his niceties that always had a patronizing feeling to them.

For the next while, I scurried around my office organizing the necessary files and printing off a couple of documents that needed Aizawa and Yamada's signatures. I bad feeling about how this meeting would go so I had to take precautions; also, I don't think Aizawa or Yamada would mind signing these documents a few weeks early.

Eventually, I heard a commotion outside my office door, and catching part of the argument decided to open it and settle the matter. Opening the door I could hear Aizawa and Toshinori arguing more clearly. "We got here before you, I don't see why you can't wait for your meeting with Nezu while we handle ours." "Well, Erasure Head, I'm sure you have plenty to discuss with the principal, but my matter is concerning the safety of Japan and the world, so I believe, your pesky little meeting should proceed the fate of the world."

And as if that sentence hadn't just ruffled my fur the wrong way, I decided to speak up, "Actually I will need both parties in my office for this meeting." Aizawa just looked even more exhausted, but Toshinori looked shocked and if I do say so, a little angry. "But, Nezu-" "I will need both parties." With that I walked back into my office, followed by Toshinori, Aizawa, and Yamada.

After we all sat down I offered tea, Yamada being the only one taking the offer. "Why are we all here Nezu?" I smiled at Aizawa as I handed his husband the tea, "Before we begin the main part of this meeting, I need All Might here to inform the room on his quirk and it's backstory. Toshinori looked like his eyes would pop out of their sockets before giving me a look that would terrify pretty must anyone else. "What are you talking about Nezu?" I chuckled, "If you do not wish to inform us then I shall do it. Nevertheless, the information is vital for this meeting to go forth."

Toshinori huffed frustrated before explaining everything, "My quirk is called One for All. It is a stockpile quirk that has been passed down from predecessor to successor. I am the successor of my late mentor Nana Shimura who died at the hand of my nemesis, All for One. All for One is the greatest and oldest villain the world has ever seen. He goes back lifetimes, originally being the brother to the first holder of One for All. His quirk is the ability to give and take quirks, I don't know how many quirks he has but it has to be hundreds. He is regarded as a myth in the hero world but he is all but a myth. I defeated him in battle almost a decade ago, so you two would have still been studying here at UA. Ultimately, he must have been killed but there were no remains of him after our battle and nothing has been seen of him since, so either he truly is gone, or he is simply recovering. If it is the latter then I need to finish what my mentor and I started before it's too late. So, Nezu, if you have any information on him, as you call me in for, I need it now."
