In the morning, I was still sleep in the closet. The sound of voices woke me up. My hand twitched, and I could still feel the flashlight from last night.

I was surrounded my books, and curled up on the closet floor.

"Why the is she asleep in the closet?"

"Dunno, but it's cute as fuck." I looked up startled and smiled hesitantly at Rowan and Reagan.

I blinked and rubbed my eyes sleepily. Looks like I fell asleep reading the books Carrots gave me.

Rowan suddenly gasped and grabbed a novel. "These are mine! Why were you-" Rowan paused and stood up straight. "Where's Carrots?"

I shrugged my shoulders. Reagan sat down on the floor in front of me and picked one up himself reading a page.

His cheeks grew flushed and he snapped it closed quickly. "Y-you were reading these?" Reagan asked stunned.

I paused recalling last night.

Flashback.

"Ooh, no, I would have grabbed her ass instead." Archer critiqued while Aspen blushed furiously.

"Everyone finish this page?" I asked leaning back in the closet as the two ghosts crowded beside me.

"Yes, go ahead, and I'll take notes, so tell me which parts you like best." Archer told me as I flipped the page.

I paused and glanced up at him. "Why would you -"

"Don't ask, spare yourself." Aspen warned me.

I shrugged and thumbed part of the page. "I guess I liked the part where Julianne and Dante are in the mansion of her old lover, and they-"

"Which sexual part." Archer interrupted.

I blushed. "I- uhm, I kind of liked it when Dante, uhm,"

"Yes, go on," Archer told me.

I tapped my finger together. "Uh- the kissing."

"The kissing?" Both ghosts repeated staring at me while I blushed.

"Yes! Okay, that's the part I like."

***

"Yes, I was." I answered simply and stood climbing out of the closet.

Rowan stomped out of my room. "Carrots!!" He yelled.

I turned and ran into my bathroom before Reagan could ask anything further. I leaned on the bathroom sink.

I'm angry at them still, but if they don't care enough to say goodbye, if I act angry, they might get rid of me.

I showered quickly and walked into my empty room to change. As I finished brushing my hair a knock sounded.

I opened the door and blinked at Reyland.

We stared at each other for a moment, then I moved to close the door. "Aria, wait!"

I opened the door. "But you're just staring."

Reyland rolled his eyes. "I just wanted you to know, that I didn't go to the party last night."

I shrugged and moved to close the door again. "Okay."

"What do you mean okay?! Aria stop closing the damn door!"

I threw threw the door open all the way and looked at him annoyed. "Say what you want to say then."

Reyland rubbed his eyes seeming to be annoyed as well. "I'm saying, I couldn't leave you alone with some guy, so I didn't go to the party."
