[blame it on the alcohol]

Ever since I had gotten into the fight with Sam, it's been exactly like how I expected. We hadn't spoken, nor even made eye contact, I obviously expected this kind of behavior to unfold after this. It was still pretty hard though.

I was walking around the school halls, when I had received a group phone call with Artie, Mercedes, Santana and Brittany.

'Did you hear too?' I heard Mercedes ask over the phone.

'About the Rachel party? Yep, are you guys going?' I replied.

'Only if there's liquor. Because a Rachel Berry party is not something I can do sober.' Santana noted.

'But it's Alcohol Awareness Week.' Brittany mentioned.

'Precisely. And I am aware of how much fun alcohol is. Let's ask Puckerman.' She responded adding Puck into the call.

'You're go for Puck.' I heard his voice appear behind the screen.

'Noah, it's Santittany and Artcedes and Allaire. Can your friend score us some wine coolers?' Santana began.

'No, but his I.D. can.' Puck shared while we all ended up in the same hall.

'Well, if we're all in, it's settled. The Rachel Berry House Party Train Wreck Extravaganza is officially a go.'

••••••••••••••••••••

'So. This is your dads Oscar room.' Kurt clapped once.

'Yes. They transformed our ordinary basement for our famous annual Oscar parties.' Rachel beamed.

'Is that a stage?' Blaine pointed out.

'I like to give impromptu performances for our neighbors sometimes.' Rachel shared. 'Hey, girlfriend. Having fun?' she exclaimed at a frowning Quinn.

'Yeah. Awesome party.' she slowly walked away.

My only view other than seeing everyone sitting and standing around, was Santana and Sam. I had already had a wine cooler, trying to get my mind off the couple who had been making out in Rachel's couch. Not a very pleasant sight to see.

'Uh. Okay. Let's, uh...let's go over the rules.' Rachel announced. 'Everybody gets two drink tickets to keep things from getting out of hand.' she held up two pink tickets handing them to Kurt and Blaine. 'We're serving wine coolers today. That is our speciality drink. That's actually all that we have.' she slowly trailed off. 'Brittany! Remember the rules. No sitting on anything. Okay. Okay, everybody. Cheers!' She cheered.

'Great party, Rachel. We got to run.' Artie spoke.

'Yeah, dinner reservations.' Tina nodded.

'But, but, but we haven't even played celebrity yet.' Rachel stuttered. 'Why is everybody leaving?' she whispered.

'Because this party blows.' Puck replied.

'I haven't even had my first sip yet. How am I supposed to write "Both Sides Now" if I can't even throw a party?' She turned around.

'Look, if you want everyone to stay, you have to let me break into your dads' liquor cabinet. No ones gonna get buzzed off two wine coolers.' Puck complained. 'I'll replace it before they get home.'

Rachel was hesitating at first but stared at her wine cooler for a couple of seconds before yelling. 'Let's party!'

 'Let's party!'
