Jodie, Y/N, Maddie, and Belle meet Cole in a city park, much to his amazement. They exchange pleasantries and catch up on current events. Nathan is now the Executive Director of the DPA and is working with the military. Jodie, Y/N, and Maddie are surprised by this, but Cole says it was never Nathan's choice as it simply came down to funding.
Eventually, Jodie, Y/N, and Maddie brings up the topic of their mothers. Cole identifies them as Norah Gray, M/N L/N, and Regina Mills and says they have been living in a psychiatric hospital. Jodie, Y/N, and Maddie mention their own ages ("why have they been living in a psychiatric hospital for 24 years?"), considering that the mothers were admitted to the hospital since the day of Jodie's, Y/N's, and Maddie's births.
If the player inquires about the fathers Cole says that they died before Jodie, Y/N, and Maddie were born.
After learning their mothers' fate they insist that they must see them. Cole is reluctant, saying Norah, M/N, and Regina might be too mentally unsound to provide any meaningful answers. Jodie, Y/N, and Maddie are quick to say they don't care about that.
