VII : Knight in Black Armor

Marinette was now practicing on her own, she was in the balcony of her room where she placed a pot of dead flowers

She took a deep breath "Okay Marinette you've been doing this all day, let's do it once more and we'll be a master of reviving dead flowers!"

She was concentrated in reviving the flower when someone peeked their head through the top of Marinette's balcony

"Whatcha doing there?" The person asked

Marinette stepped back in shock and grabbed the closest thing to her which was her shoe and aimed it infront of the stranger

Seriously?

"Who are you? And most importantly what are you doing in my room"

"Where are my manners? I haven't even introduced myself" The man then stepped into her room and bowed "My name is Chat Noir, and you are...?"

"M-Marinette..."

"You have such a pretty name Marinette"

"T-thanks" She said walking past him to grab the pot of flowers

"So...What brings you to the Kingdom of Sun? I don't think I've seen you here before"

"I-I'm a sorcerer in training I guess I really have no idea..."

He then looked at her neck

She's still wearing the moon necklace

It fits her like a glove

"What were you doing with that pot of flowers?"

"Sorcerer Earl was teaching me and his homework was for me to keep on reviving these flowers until all of them are alive"

"Won't your power get drained?"

"I don't think this would drain me, besides it's just normal sized flowers. There's nothing to worry about!"

Whatever you say Marinette....

"Is there a specific reason why your doing this?"

"Even if there was why would I tell you everything? I don't even know you that well" She then sat on the edge

"You better not sit there, a little lady like you might have a nasty fall"

She moved closer to he edge "I'm not falling se-"

It was too late

She already started falling

And it was only a matter of time before she hit the ground

Don't tell me this is how I'm going to die

I still have to complete the task for my parents

I still have to make them proud of me

"Marinette!" She heard a familiar voice shout as he jumped down to catch her and land on the ground peacefully

"You...How did you do that?" She asked him

"Your not the only one with magic little lady"

"Little lady? I'll let you know I'm 16!"

"If you weren't a little lady then you wouldn't have almost died in the dumbest way possible"

"H-hey! You provoked me first!"
