Marinette woke up pretty early, eyebags were still under her eyes but she learned how to apply makeup from the maidens who put makeup on her during the ball and used it as people very important to her were going to visit her

"Once I get my hands on the person who made her cry I will fucking bury them six feet into the ground" A very furious Alya said entering the gates

Zoe who was trying to stop her from making aggressive movements held her shoulders holding a very worried look on her face "Alya please there's always a reasonable explanation for things that happen to Marinette!"

"I swear it's that prince charming! I can feel that he's he one who made her cry"

She's not wrong there...

"Let's just talk to Marinette about it okay? Let's not jump to conclusions now!" Mylene said

They were greeted by Luna who bowed before speaking

"Welcome to the Kingdom of the Sun m'ladys" Luna said

"Thank you so much for allowing us to visit her Luna!" Rose said with the bright smile she always carried

"It's no problem really, Marinette just hasn't been herself lately and we thought you guys could help so..."

Alya stepped forward "Leave it ALL to us!"

"Of course, right this way m'lady-"

"Before we proceed can you tell us who made Marinette cry" Alix said hitting her fist on her hand as if she were ready to punch someone

"Alix not you too!" Zoe said

Juleka held Alix's shoulder and shook her head implying that whatever she had thought of doing, she shouldn't continue

"I'm just worried about her"

"Everyone in the castle is worried about Lady Marinette, we just want her to be okay"

"Well we're glad to be here in that case!" Zoe said

"We know she would feel more at home if she had the people she actually considered her family were here"

"What's that supposed to mean?" Alya asked adjusting her glasses

Luna opened the door that led to the inside of the castle "You'll see, now please ladies follow me"

"LUNA ALSO MADE YOU UPSET!?" Alya exclaimed

The girls were gathered in Marinette's room seated in different areas, Alix on the ground, Rose, Juleka, and Alya on her bed, Mylene at the chair infront of her dresser, and Zoe standing near the entrance of the balcony

Marinette placed her hands infront of her and nervously chuckled scratching her neck "I-it's not like that I-"

"Marinette, seriously? I knew those two made you upset!"

"W-what? You k-knew?"

"At the ball, when Adrien announced your engagement, I saw your face...You didn't look happy, and plus I've been your bestfriend for so many years now, I know by now when your upset"

"But how about Luna?"

"Your gaze towards her was colder when you guys returned to the ball, it felt like something happened out there. I was about to go out to check up on you but I figured I let you all have your privacy"

"Alya....."

"Marinette, what even happened in the time you were in this castle?" Alix asked

Marinette sighed "I.....recently found out more about my family"
