Chapter 8

"Daddy" Loki tugs at Tony shirt, receiving a smile from the billionaire. "You made your decision huh" Loki nods and tugs at Tony's shirt again "ohhhh" Tony picks the little up and Loki lays his head on Tony's shoulder. The avengers stay quiet giving Tony puzzled looks. "God You know I love the attention but why are you all staring?" Clint looked confused "daddy??" Bruce sighs. "I'll explain, earlier today thor brought Loki here to earth and we all assumed Loki was cursed or on drugs or something- but Steve (and google) explained to us that Loki's somthing called a little, so basically he regresses into more of a child like state, so right now he's a little kid in a adults body" Bucky nods and eyes Steve. Tony sees it but shrugs it off (remember this) Loki ignores the chatter and keeps his head on Tony's shoulder while stark plays with the littles hair. Bruce and Tony make direct eye contact and Bruce whispers "gimme" Tony shakes his head and holds Loki closer "I want himmmmm" banner whines for a turn to hold the boy "shush Bruce he's sleeping"
"No he's not!" The two bicker back and forth and Loki giggles "yeah shhh I totally sleepin" Bruce takes Loki out of Tony's arms and puts him on his lap, "you want some dinner buddy?" Loki shakes his head and Tony grumbles "you stole him. You dick!" Steve rolls his eyes " language" nat holds back laughter and signals for Loki to follow her while the guys fight like idiots. Loki slides of Bruce's lap and follows Natasha to her room. "There dumb so your gunna chill with me in here kiddo" Loki nods and sits on Natashas lap "so why do you regret. I get the stress and feeling you unimportant but what made you slip into little space the first time?" Loki stayed quiet for a second then started to explain

"When I was about 1000 (15 in human years) I had started getting panic attacks and some times I wouwd stwess out to the point where I black out, it was only because I've always had the stwess about failing, guess I never do anyfing wite..anyway, I had blacked out while training Wif thor, he put mjollnir on my chest so I couldn't move and he ran to get father,  and father had his guards bring me to da infirmawy, Mother said I didn't wake up till 5 days later, and when I finally woke up my head felt fuzzy an I whined for mother, she hugged me tight and I held onto her, having her pick me up, I fell asleep with her holding and cradling me, but when I woke once more father was screaming about how I was t a child anymore and that I was weak, and nothing. I didn't know what to do, I wanted to tell my father off, make him say sorry but all I did was cry and then whimper for "my mommy"" Natasha nods, "so you don't know why you regressed it just happened?" It's not your fault kiddo

In the dining room:
Steve lays his head on bucks shoulder and listened to  banner and Tony argue like idiots, then stood up for a drink, buck watched Steve pick up a bear from the fridge then passed one to Tony,Thor, and Bucky, "Bruce you gunna go green on us if you have a few drinks?" Banner shakes his head and Steve passes him a beer. Tony opens his and Thor downs one in seconds. "caps right,we deserve to hang out to night just us five no issues or struggles. Just a guy night, Peter is with his aunt, and we have no villain attacks and nothing we need to be working on, Natasha and carol are busy so let's drink."

Bucky takes a few sips but never lets himself get intoxicated, of course thor has around 10 bottles before he's drunk, caps a light weight and only has to have three to get to drunk, and Bruce takes the same attempt at Bucky only having a few sips Tony downs a few bottles and rests against Bruce giggling something about magic toasters. "And the magic toaster is so sparkly-" Bruce covers his mouth annoyed with Tony for being irresponsible. Then steve looks at Bucky and then fidgets a little. Bruce sees this and Bucky whispers "cmon bud time for bed" Steve whines and nods. "Hey!" Bruce yells before they leave "Steve knew what was happening with loki Becuase he's the same way isn't he." Bucky shushes banner and nods hoping the other two drunk men didn't pick it up, of course they didn't Thor and Tony were now arguing about who's stronger, Bruce sat in silence thinking to himself...

Steve. A little?

I guess this is good, now we know Bucky and Steve won't bully Loki, LOKI WHERES LOKI?! DID HE RUN AWAY?? bruce panics and runs out of the kitchen "LOKI?!" Then nat Hollers from her room "IN HERE" bruce sighs In Relief and comes into natashas room where Loki's laying down next to her as she reads them little red riding hood, Loki waves and yawns and nat closes the book. Bruce picks Loki up and mouths "thanks you" while rocking the Sleepy little. She nods and Bruce takes him to Toby and Loki's room, "where's the bed- did these idiots forget to put it back-" Bruce sighs "Loki? Buddy you wanna sleep with dada tonight" Loki nods and hugs Bruce tired, Bruce brings Loki into his room and lays him down on the bed. He pulls a long shirt from his closet. "Can I change you into this? It's the best I can do for pjs" Loki nods and Bruce undresses Loki, who's half asleep, Bruce changes him and puts the blanket on top of him, and turns out the light. Good night little one
