#3. The No Sleep Method/The Julia Method/The I Am Method

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This shifting method was made by a girl named Julia from a shifting Amino community. This method has 3 different names, so it is also known as:
"The Julia Method",
"I Am Method", and the
"No Sleep Method".

Step 1) Meditate for around 5 or 10 minutes. It can be a guided meditation, or not. And make sure that you are relaxed. [This step is optional, you don't have to meditate for this shifting method, if you don't want to]. And put on some THETA waves music (6hz is best).

Step 2) Once you are relaxed. Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Step 3) While you are doing that with your eyes closed, keep on repeating the words, "I am" to yourself (it can be outloud or in your head/thoughts). Keep on saying those words, until you start to feel any shifting symptoms in your body (for example: body tingles, your heart beating really fast, feeling like you're floating/weightlessness, feeling super heavy, vibrations, itching, seeing white lights, etc).

Step 4) Start counting very slowly from 0 to 100 (outloud or in your head). Take your time counting, don't rush it. You can tell yourself shifting affirmations (outloud or in your head) in between your counts (that is optional). You should then feel more signs of shifting, but it is also okay if you don't feel any shifting symptoms.

Step 5) After you have finished counting from 0 to 100, start repeating shifting affirmations to yourself (in your head or outloud) about your DR (desired reality) and your DR-self.

Examples: "My name is___"
"I live in___"

"My DR is ___"

"My age is___"

"The school i go to is ___"

Keep on repeating your shifting affirmations over and over to yourself, until you feel disconnected from your physical body.

Step 6) Once you feel disconnected from your physical body, start visualizing your DR. Where do you live there? What do your friends look like there? Etc. But if you are not good at visualizing, then just feel your DR instead. Use your senses for it. What does it smell like? Is it hot or cold? Etc.

Step 7) Once you have felt like your surroundings have changed, open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
