Step 1) Lay down and make sure that none of your body parts are touching each other (kinda lay down like in a starfish position). It doesn't matter if the elevator goes up or down. Just imagine it moving, as each elevator floor you pass makes energy higher/stronger.

Step 2) Once you feel that it's strong enough to shift, make the elevator stop at a certain floor. And when the doors open, see your DR-self sleeping and go into their body. Then, while imagining your conscious in your DR-body, go to sleep. Next, you should wake up in your DR.
