This method was made by Rachel from the shifting amino. She said that she just mixed 2 shifting methods together to create this method. Sadly, I wasn't able to see which 2 shifting methods that she used to mix them up for this one because when i looked at the original post links to them (that she provided)...i wasn't able to read them since they are from a LOCKED/CLOSED sub/shifting community that no one else can get into. Since they aren't accepting new follow requests/new members.
