24. KAVIN VISITS ROHIT BANSAL

Inside the vanity van, Purvi messaged Kavin something. Kavin checked his mobile & read the message which says,

"Tum office se kitne baje free hone wale ho ?"

"5:30 baje tak.. Kyun Ms.Purvi..? Koi kaam hai kya mujhse..?"

"Fine.."

Kavin was confused with the message. He was just thinking one thing continuously.

Kavin (mind) : Yeh Ms.Purvi ko aakhir hua kya hai..? Achanak yun hi message kar ke yeh kyun puch rahi hai ki mai office se kab nikalunga..

He gets busy in his work for sometime. It was 5:40 pm & Kavin finally checked his phone once. He was about to keep his phone again when a message popped up.

"Tum office se kab aane wale ho..?"

"Bas kaam khatam ho gaya hai aur mai abhi kisi dost se milne jaa raha hu.. Kyun Ms.Purvi..? Kuch kaam tha...?"

"Nahi.. Mujhe tumse kya kaam ho sakta hai..?"

"SHAYAD CONTRACT WALA KAAM..."

There was no message from her side any more. Kavin waited for her reply but when no reply came for 5 mins, he kept his mobile back & went to meet Rohit Bansal. Kavin went inside his friend's house.

Outside, a familiar black mercedes car was there. The back window slightly got rolled down & she looked towards the house where Kavin went. There was no expression on her face.

Behind the black mercedes, a white car was parked. The person in the white car saw towards the house at first & then at black mercedes car.

Person (pov) : Aakhir yeh Kavin hai kaun aur kya rishta hai aap dono ke beech jo aap.....

The person left from there before Purvi knows that someone is following her. On the other hand, Purvi called someone.

Purvi : Hello...

Lady : Yes mam..

Purvi : Mera reservation cancel kar do.. Hum log vaha nahi aane wale hai..

Lady : Sure mam.. Aap apna naam batayiye..

Purvi : Mai booking ki details bhej rahi hu.. Is booking ko cancel kar dijiye..

Lady : Sure mam...

Purvi cuts the call & sends the lady the details of booking. After sometime, she gets a notification that the booking / reservation has been cancelled.

She looked at the phone for few minutes & then she drove from there. Kavin on the other hand is seeing Rohit who is busy in preparing for his singing session. The session was so good that Kavin has a very big smile on his face.

Rohit : Kya baat hai tu itna kyun has raha hai..?

Kavin : Mai tho ladka hu isliye tere singing pe shaat baita hu.. Agar ladkiyan hoti na tho...

Rohit : Please haan... Mujhe na ladkiyon se dur hi rakho.. Mai nahi chahta ki ladkiyan mujhse chumbak ki tarah chip ke..

Kavin (smiling) : Isme bechare unka kya dosh..? Vo tho bas tere fans hai na.. Aur tho aur jab vo tumhara chehra dekhengi tab tho lattu ho jaayengi tum pe..

Rohit : Bas kar na.. Makkhan mat laga.. Tujhe pata hai na ki mai kabhi bhi apna chehra isliye nahi dikhata kyun ki mai nahi chahta ki yeh film industry wale aake mujhe apne kisi production mei join karwa le.. Ha agar tera production hota tho vo kuch alag baat hai..

Kavin : Makkhan tho tum mujhe mat lagana.. Mera aur production house kyun hoga..? Mai tho bas ek chote mote company mei kaam karta hu..

Rohit : Kismat ka kya bharosa..? Kya pata ek din tum ameer ho jao..?

Kavin : Mazaak karna band karo..

After having a good time with eachother, Kavin finally reaches her house. He goes into his room directly, gets freshened up & was coming downstairs when he hears sister Mary....

Mary (phone) : Madam, Kavin sir ghar aa gaye hai..

Mary : Aap ghar kab aane wale hai madam..?

Mary : Ok madam.. Mary cuts the call, turns back & sees Kavin standing there.

Kavin : Kya kaha Ms.Purvi ne..? Vo ghar kab aayengi..?

Mary : Vo tho aaj bahut busy hai tho aaj ghar nahi aayenge..

Saying this, Mary leaves & just then Dushyant comes there. Kavin looks at him with surprise..

Kavin : Dushyant tum yaha...? Tum Ms.Purvi ke saath nahi ho kya..?

Dushyant : Ha..? Mai kyun mam ke saath honga is waqt..? I mean ki jab kaam 5 baje tak ho gaya tho mai mam ke saath reh ke kya karunga..?

Kavin (mind) : Kaam 5 baje khatam ho gaya..? Tho phir Ms.Purvi ne jhoot kyun bola ki vo busy hai..?

Dush : Tum kis soch mei pad gaye..?

Kavin : Nahi.. Vo chodo.. Yeh batao ki Ms.Purvi ka koi nayi film aane wala hai kya..?

Dush : Philhaal ke liye tho 'UMEED' hi release hoga.. Uske baad ab tak mam ne koi bhi kaam ke liye contract sign nahi kiya..

Kavin : Thik hai..

Dush : Vaise.. Tum yeh baat Purvi mam se seeda kyun nahi puchte..? Tum unke husband ho...

Kavin's smile got faded with Dushyant's words. He just looked at Dushyant with a speechless expression. Dushyant can't understand why Kavin is giving such expressions when Kavin said..

Kavin : Tum jaante ho na ki hum dono ke beech contract hua tha..
