Emily (Em) Grayson was Richard (Dick) Grayson's younger sister. She had been too young to be a part of the family act, with Emily being 4 and Dick being 14.
They did, however, put Emily into gymnastics and dance classes to get her ready for when she was old enough to join them. She was so excited by this and couldn't wait until she was able to join them.
