I glanced at the clock again, eager to leave the college compound as fast as I could. I guess that I would be missing the witches test again, and disappointing Cassandra.
Too bad, as far as Damien Darke is the alpha, I'd rather drop out of school that to carry out an order of his.
I watched as Damien walked out of the woods, and began to head back to the pups cabin. Training for a few minutes before heading back to scout the surroundings. But you know who I pity most? KC. He'd have to put up with Damien's shit like forever.
God I hated him so much. More than I had before. What ur did to me in middle school were the worst times of my life and he called it harmless fun. He was such a prick.
But now he's just taking everything to the next level.
The hatred I felt for him was more than any other. The moment I laid my eyes in him I knew that he was back for another round. The way he eyes Cassandra like a meek prey. His moves where manipulative, dangerous, unsure. Hitting me were it hurt the most.

" So, your bursting out of doors today was really surprising and we all thought to check on you " she tittered itching her hair.
" Yeah, we were all so worried. You okay?" Amber asked.
" Not if Damien remains alpha I'm not " I stated. A low growl ruptured in my chest at the thought of him. It constantly irritated me." I can't just help but notice him and it infuriates me "

Fighting my instincts, I subdued the urge to plug out those eyes of his that wouldn't stop jamming with mine. The irritation was absolutely unbearable, what was his deal anyway?
My wolf, Sid, was thrashing on inside me. And it took all the strength u could muster to keep her intact. I so hated Damien but this feeling in me fights to forgive and forget.
"But you know what would absolutely cheer you up, sis?" Cas asked grinning form ear to ear and sitting beside my on the bench tugging at my arm.
" Damien's death and a bottle of tequila?" I said nonchalantly, my concentration solely on him, my eyes on him with a predators unwavering attention.
"No, a simple walk in the woods."
I stared at her as if she'd lost her mind.
"What, you always love those."
And it wasn't that I didn't want it but it would be a fools death out there at this period. The most gruesome werewolf prisoner just escaped and we knew his pack was somewhere out there.
The reason we hadn't witnessed and disturbance was because there want an aloha to guide, order and protect the pack. And now there is... Only God knows what happens when we cross boundaries even by mistake.

"There's nothing perversive about it. It's just limited knowledge duh." Cassandra rolled her eyes in annoyance. It brought a smile to my lips. Her nosy character sure does amuse.
" Still, we can take care of ourselves, I know that, Katie knows that." Amber began
" Yeah yeah I know..."
" Everyone knows that, Damien knows that, your Dad knows that..." She continued on not listening to me. It was so like her.
" Amber I said I get it..."
" Danica knows that you know that..."
" I SAID I GET IT YOU FETID PILE OF COMPOST!!!" I screamed at her. Every head even Damien's m turned to my direction eyeing me like someone's who's gone loco. It was so embarrassing." On second thought, I think I'll go. Right now."
The only solution to avoid the burning gaze of our alpha...
The wind blew across the woods bringing in the scent of fresh pine and bark. There were scent of some unknown tracks around the surroundings. This gave me the jitters. Our walk in the woods by this quiet and scary time if the day was the most dangerous thing a woman with wits can carry out.
My concentration wasn't on the interesting conversation going on between Katie and Amber about Damien. Even if we were only insulting him I didn't want any business concerning him. My hatred for the guy was beyond anything.
"Ugh stop thinking about Damien Darke, I can tell that you are with the way your eyebrows are crossed " Danica rolled her eyes on irritation. A smile crept up on my lips, she was kind of funny when frustrated.
"That doesn't change the fact that we should be out here at this hour it's dangerous." I tried to reason but everyone groaned in frustration." I'm serious, please let's just --"
"You know what Cas," Cassandra interjected looking up at the moon shining proudly in the deep blue sky."I know what will lighten up your mood, a little night howl "
She rose her head to the sky and released a ver daring howl that filled the air and echoed beyond. Katie joined in, so did Amber and even Danica.
But as you see, that was a bad idea because after a while of laughter of excitement, we heard a male thundering howl sounding like am alpha. We had one thought---- run.
