Pretty simple. Our (OC)'s were the mastermind, a team of two. Their (Crushes) are present in the trial when the big revelation takes place. (If crush dies we switch them out with a survivor so the survivor dies and crush survives). Everyone believed our oc's to be dead, but when they were revealed to be the masterminds, they appeared at Monokuma's podium decked out in an outfit reminiscent of the monochromatic bear himself, perfectly alive and well.
They give everyone a choice, they all die or (crushes) stay there with our (oc)'s and everyone else goes free. Maybe (crushes) are able to convince our (oc)s to join them on the side of hope? Maybe not?
