Taehyun took one last glance at the huge teddy bear sitting at the corner of his bed before closing the door of his room. The teddy bear wore a red scarf around its neck. It even had clothes on. It wore an overalls with cute badges pinned around its chest area. A pair of real glasses rested on its face. Taehyun had to admit that it looked sumptuous and extremely adorable. The teddy bear was the prize Beomgyu had earned from the trivia. Since Beomgyu wasn't really the type to keep stuffed toys, he gave it to Taehyun, who wasn't keen of keeping such things as well. Despite that, he still kept it since he didn't actually want to give a limited and rare teddy bear away.

He walked past Beomgyu's room and noticed that the door was left slightly open. Usually he couldn't be bothered to even check on him but he got curious this time. He blamed it on the rules Beomgyu had made. He peeked in inquisitively and took in the sight slowly. Beomgyu was lying on his stomach on his bed, asleep. His room was neat and tidy as always which Taehyun had found amusing. One would expect him to be messy based on his personality and reputation. He seemed like a spoiled young master with lots of attendants to help him. However, this was not who Beomgyu was. Taehyun always had a hard time trying to comprehend him. Beomgyu's whole existence was just confusing and mysterious to him. He still hated him, but he could feel his hate diminishing little by little. Taehyun never took interests in others around him, but Beomgyu was now an exception. He did not know what had gotten into him but he wanted to attempt understanding Beomgyu now. He opened the door wider to take a better look.

Beomgyu had two separate desks. His mac book was placed neatly on the white desk along with a simple notebook and a single pen beside it. A few miniature cactus stood by the corner of the desk. A single black desk lamp was situated at the other corner. A white board was hanged on the wall right in front of the desk. It was covered with Beomgyu's neat and eye-pleasing handwriting and sticky notes. Beomgyu was organised, which could be another unexpected trait of his. Next to the white desk was a black desk with his gaming pc and equipment. Taehyun had always wondered how Beomgyu managed to find time to game when they had heavy loads of assignments. He was always able to keep up with his good grades despite fooling around a lot. This had always been the mystery that kept bothering Taehyun. Did he bribe the professors? It could be a possibility. Anything could a possibility honestly since he still hadn't grasp Beomgyu's personality. Beside the desks was a shelf filled with books, mainly their textbooks and learning materials. It was nothing special. His eyes travelled to a specific mini shelf located right beside the bed. That shelf was definitely something special. Before the house rules were implemented, Beomgyu had warned him about the shelf. He was never allowed to touch it. If he touched it, he would be killed by Beomgyu's own hands. The threat had made Taehyun scoffed but he still abided it. The mini shelf consisted of what Taehyun assumed to be Beomgyu's most treasured items; an empty perfume bottle, a radio, a family photo, a bracelet and an expensive looking box with intricate designs... wait. Taehyun frowned. That box was a new addition. He had never seen it before. He wondered what it contained. He shook his head as he tried to shake off his curiosity and thoughts. He quickly backed away from the door when he saw Beomgyu shifting on the bed. He remembered to leave the same amount of gap the door was left at before hurrying down the stairs and out of the house to their university campus.

"Taehyun-ah!" Yeonjun called out to him and waved when he spotted the younger entering the tutorial classroom. Taehyun let out an internal sigh and walked towards him. Yeonjun had been really friendly to him ever since they started to have lunch with the group.
