You finished off the last of the hilichurls with a slash of your sword. Easy enough. You didn't need to use your vision to decimate their entire camp, but it was fun to see them smoke and crumble into ashes.
"Tsk." They're even dumber than slimes. Nothing in their right mind would attack a vision wielder. Especially not one as dangerous as you.
Sheathing your sword, you walked back to your temporary shelter. You passed another hilichurl encampment, though they didn't attack you this time. Perhaps they have a shred of common sense after all, you mused. Of course, it was the stench of the scarlet, metallic liquid that soaked your clothes, but you liked the aura of fear you gave off.
You flashed them a smile, but as far as hilichurls knew, you were just baring your teeth. They fled somewhere over the hill, perhaps to bother some poor traveler in order to feel better about themselves. You chuckled and continued on your way.

Arriving at your own campsite, you wanted to kick back and enjoy some of your chicken mushroom skewers. But fate just loves to screw you over.
"You've got to be kidding me." You muttered, walking over to your knapsack, which was open and full of holes. You let out a sigh and plopped down. You weren't in the mood to travel all over Teyvat chasing birds again. Leaning against your makeshift tent you pondered. There must be a city around here... Too bad you didn't have the mora to buy one of those fancy waypoint maps.
You got up with a disgusted groan. It would take at least a few days to find a city like that. You weren't stupid obviously. So you set off to find a cliff.
As they say, the highest places have the best view.
