"Get me the strongest thing you have," I said to the bartender, and she nod before mixing my drink.
"Your hair tells you had mad sex but that face is saying something bad happened after," Diego said and I looked away
"Ok I'm not going to ask," he said and I nod.
"What are we drinking?" he asked as the bartender hands me my drink
Taking the glass I gulped the liquid down in one go. Ignoring the burning feeling I pushed the glass towards the girl
"Another," I said and she looked at Diego
"One for me too" he said with a smile. Rolling my eyes when she started to twirl her hair I look around
"Did dad leave?" I asked
"He wouldn't risk not leaving. He knows what he turned you into" he said before turning in his chair
"Here she comes don't make a scene okay dude," Diego said after a while and I turned around
"A gin and tonic," she said to the bartender
"Whiskey for me," Bryce said from behind her. His hand was at her waist as he talked over her head.
Anger boiled up inside me and Diego grabbed my arm
"Don't cause a fucking scene or mom will kill you" he said and I pulled away from his hold before taking my drink into my hand.
"Thank you" I heard her say and I looked at her once more.
She was smiling at that fucking asshole.
Looking away I got up and walked into the crowd before I did anything stupid.
"Dad" turning around I saw Leon, mom, and Olivia.
"Hey, king" I said before taking him into my arms.
"He reminds me so much of you when you were his age," mom said and I smiled.
"Daddy I'm hungry" he whispered into my ear.
He has sure gotten used to the daddy thing and I liked that.
Every time he said dad it warms my heart.
I have a fucking son for crying out loud
"Mom start the event so we can eat", I said and she nod before walking away.
"Hey kiddo", Liliana said before kissing him on his cheek
She looked up at me and I looked away before she could read me like a open book.
"Good afternoon everyone. It's my pleasure to welcome you all to this wonderful venue. I now invite you to the dinning area," Mom said into the mic.
The door of the dinning room then opened
