Way of the ninja

Hello there! I recommend watching the episode before reading, just to get a clearer picture of what's going on. Or if you think you'll be fine without watching it then go ahead. The very start is the same as in the show so feel free to skip to when Kai and Wu climb the mountain. And also, the first two chapters could be better, but I swear, it's not as boring to read later on.

Kai was working on a sword in his, and his sister's Nya's blacksmiths shop, Four weapons. Unbeknownst to him a certain old man was making his way to that shop.

"To forge the perfect weapon, you first need the right metal and plenty of heat" Kai said as he hit the sword a few more times before dipping it into the cool water.

"Cool it off and... presto!" Kai sighed as the sword came out twisted yet again, like most of his other tries.

"*Giggles* You made it too quickly Kai" Nya, who was watching him from just outside the shop, told Kai. 

"Be patient, if father was still here, he'd say-"

"I know, no matter how much fire you have, experience isn't something you learn overnight" Kai said, knowing what Nya was going to say. Their parents died when they were young and had to take care of each other and the family business too.

"That may work for you Nya, but I'm gonna be a better blacksmith than dad ever was!"

"Hmm... Your metal is loud and heavy, useful to slow one down, useless in the art of stealth. All tools for a samurai, but nothing for a ninja?" a bearded old man with a bamboo hat said tapping the samurai helmet with his staff.

"Ninja? Hah, you're a long way from finding a ninja in these parts old man, and the shop is called four weapons, not 'for browsing'. Either buy something or go pedal your insults somewhere else." Kai said leaning forward implying that the man was not welcome to stay for long.

"Heh, too bad. Thought I'd find something special here." The man scoffed and started walking away. Kai looked at Nya then went to get something to sell from the shop.

"If it's something special you're looking for... let me sh-" Kai turned around to talk to the man again, yet he wasn't there anymore" 

"What is it" Nya asked.

"He was just... forget it" Kai sighed, as Nya just shrugged and turned away to do something else. The wind suddenly picked up as kai looked outside.

Villagers working on the crops saw the sky darkened with clouds, as the vehicles of the skeletons arrived on top of the nearby hill. 

"Oh, oh, let me go first, please, oh pleeeease! I'm dying to go down there!" Nuckal pleaded

"You Nitwit! You're already dead! Try to control yourself in front of master Samukai! *cough, cough*... With all due respect, you did say I could go first.." Kruncha tried convincing Samukai.

"Sorry boys, this one is mine. Just remember what we're after and find. that. map! ATTACK!" Samukai shouted as the skeletons sped through the fields. First the villagers were excited, but their faces quickly turned to horror as Samukai scared them as the villagers ran away.

"What are they?"

"I don't know, stay here." Kai commanded Nya as he approached the arriving skeletons, with samurai armor and a sword with him. 

Kai fought, and defeated many of the skeletons, all though one bit his leg in the process. Kai kicked the head of that skeleton, and it flew over the shop. As two of the skeletons clapped at the nice kick, Nya sneaked up behind them and quickly took them out with her staff.

"I thought I told you to stay back." 

"And what? Hugh! Let you have all the fun" The sibling's conversed as they fought off the skeletons that had almost surrounded them.
