smoke escaped edens lungs with a sigh, this was her way of forgetting her problems, and by this point, she was an expert.
brianna had come home to a tear stained face eden in her room, coraline on the tv and wybie right next to her. now the pair were both back on the balcony, speaking whatever comes to mind. except for clay.
"should just i face reveal?" eden breathed in another puff of her cigarette.
brianna sighed, "i mean do you want to? or are you doing this impulsively because dream was a dick again?"
"i mean sure he didn't kiss me back, and expressed how many times we were friends, and i haven't looked in the mirror in two weeks but that's besides the point." eden paused, "maybe i shouldn't."
"just try to get back into normal routine first e." brianna stole the cigarette from the girls hand, taking a puff before putting it out on the railing. "forget about that stupid boy for a bit."
"i don't know if thats even possible." eden mumbled.

eden returned to her notebook, jotting down what seemed like lyrics, and a lot of them too."what?"
