I fluttered open my eyes only to meet with blazing sun rays. It wasn't scorching but rather comfortable.

I batted my eyelids quite a few times and then when finally my blurry vision was stable , the sun rays seemed to turn out to be the light which reflected throughout the room and the sources were the candles placed inside where I was laying down. Wait......room?

When the realisation struck me, my body jerked up from its previous resting position.

An instant headache shot me as soon as I sat up to look around my surroundings. "Where am I ?" My words came out as whispers while my hands slightly massaged my temple. When I properly looked around the place it seemed to be better than what my conscience screamed as a reflex.

Still, although the place seemed safe , I couldn't just stay in an unknown location. As I tried to stand up , it hit me how weak my body was. My legs were violently shaking when I was finally on my feet after a long effort. I could barely feel them.

A wooden desk was kept right beside which I took as a support to stand properly but in that process a container fell with an unconscious hit from my left arm.

I wanted to pick it up and place it back to where it was, but my body was too feeble to do so.

I took small steps and walked towards the wooden door which seemed a lot further although it wasn't. With a lot of effort, when finally I was there at my destination , my hands detached themselves from the wall which was my only previous support after the desk , for me to keep standing.

As I approached to slide the wooden door open, someone from the opposite side was faster to open it. As for me , my sick self had no other object to hold on to and soon found itself falling if only it wasn't for the strong figure who stood in front.

Two arms held me tight within it's embrace refraining me to fall while my hands rested on his well built chest as a brace.

"Miss you aren't in a condition to walk around." My face was dug on his well built chest , I was too shocked to move further. But his voice didn't sound anything familiar yet it was soothing.

When I slowly looked up , my eyes soon met with his dark brown ones. " You should take a seat." His voice snapped me out of his deep orbs. I wanted to protest but my body was unable to do so and hence soon I was back to where I was laid before.

" I'll get you water and something to eat." Before I could even utter a word ,that man was gone and sooner than that , he was back with a bowl of fruits and a glass of water.
