Sa mga sumunod na araw, masaya lang kami. Pag nasa duty sya, sinusundo ako ni Dom para gumala, sa last day naman sumama lang ako kila Lou na mag-enrol.

Last sem na kailangan naming pumasok ng school. Few more months, clerk na kami. A little more hustle to get that MD. The dream is getting closer but it's getting harder.

It was a slow thursday afternoon. We just finished another week of hell. Sobrang hirap ng first long exam, pero pinapaubaya ko na lang lahat. If it's for me, then okay. Pag hindi, syempre ipipilit pa rin. There's no other choices other that getting that little girl's dream.

"Wala ba tayong inom man lang dyan?" Tanong ni Justine. We all looked at him with our weary eyes. May tulog naman kagabi since namove yung quiz namin.

"Tara? Poblacion sa friday." Sagot ni Gerard. Louisse was busy typing something in her laptop, trans siguro.

"Sure. Wala namang pending na backlogs. Isang quiz lang naman ng tuesday." Sagot naman ni Dom.

I just rested my head on his shoulder then closed my eyes. Kaya naman sigurong gumala kahit ilang oras lang.

Then come friday, hindi naman simpleng inom ineexpect ko, pero 'di ko naman inimagine na walwal talaga. Buong batch andun din pala. I was not informed or maybe because I rarely open my messenger.

I had 10 shots already of cuervo when Trix dragged me in the middle of the dance floor. The music was so loud, I barely heard what she was saying that time. Oh, how I'm gonna miss these moments.

When I returned to our table, si Lou at Gerard lang nandun, they were busy discussing something about their report next week. Ang swerte na kasama mo sa case discussion yung jowa mo, nay sasalo sayo 'pag ginigisa kana ng doctor.

"Seriously? Hanggang dito sgd inaatupag nyo?" Natatawang sabi ko.

Lou glared at me. "Asan sila Dom?"

I shrugged my shoulder. "Doing what they usually do, maybe."

She got it then Gerard even laughed with her. These two, really. I was about to say something when my phone vibrated.

You done? I'm outside the club you said. Should I go inside or lalabas kana? You can still enjoy thou, idlip na lang muna ako.

I smiled. How calming and soothing that there's someone you call your person and home. Your one call or text away.

"You going home?" Lou asked when I looked for my mini sling bag.

I nodded. "Andyan na sa labas si Chester. Tell them that I went home already. Ingat kayo."

She gave me a fleeting smile. "Ingat kayo."

Mabilis lang naman akong nakapunta sa parking. I knocked thrice before Chester rolled down the window and smiled. Halatang pagod yung mga mata nya, from duty kasi sya ngayon.

I sat comfortably on the shotgun seat, then gave him a quick kiss. Mabilis lang din naman syang nagdrive. Dahil rush hour, kahit ang lapit ng Makati sa Taguig inabot kami ng 2 hours sa daan. Fuck, metro's traffic.

Alas dos na ng umaga kami nakauwi. I just took a shower while he cooked me a noodle soup. Mabilis ko syang niyakap mula sa kanyang likuran.

"Did you enjoy?" He asked then rubbed my hands around his body.

Inalis ko yung pagkakayakap sa kanya, umupo ako sa bar stool. Nagluto din sya ng gyoza.
