Promises are meant to be broken...

I once upon a summer, oathed a pledge
A pledge as strong as a iron even at edge
Things get unhinging until it was catasthrophe we acknowledge.
Hurting and depriving, our string of fairh is in selvedge

What happened? I thought this will be smooth
When we fight til our time rans out, losing our youth
Why are we fighting? Even if the pain I try to sooth
All the memories back then, as lovely in our photobooth

For richer and poorer
For better or for worse
I love you, even if the pain goes further
My love, will still lit ablaze of roaring fire

Even though you left me alone
I will remember the words I put stone
From the words in our wedding to the messages in your phone
To the present day I loved you to the moon and dawn

I guess you can't help it
Getting stressed because of the painful hit
I think for you, I realize I am no fit
Loving you was cold, but your love was the fire that lit

I want to bring you to the sea
Unfortunately, I lack everything financially
I want to be the dream boy but I failed horribly
I guess destiny contrasts me unfavorably

I can't give you a fancy car
I am not the guy thats a twinkling star
I'm just an ordinary man who sees beauty on you near or far
What I feel is genuine, even if your type and I are dissimilar

Even if you leave me, I will still love you from afar
Like the moon and butterflies, admiring you like a star
I smile at you, my moon I will love you
I might not be the right man but loving you will be fine too
