Unexpected Serendipity

It started from a spark so little
And a starry glance so simple
Fast as lightning, why such of a riddle? 
Shot to the heart but why ever so brittle?

 Time slows down, heartbeats loudly sound
In a crowd of people, you're the one I found 
A sea of stars, you're the one kept me astound 
I always end up bending a knee on ground

 A thunderstruck you gave for a second I live
Sudden and quick, but attaching and addictive
My sentimental mind, became more subjective
I was shocked, but I found it lovely and emotive

 But as said, it takes time to refine
Together lets take our time and embrace it so fine
I will put my love, effort, time and myself on the line
And let destiny decide if the string of faith will entwine

But lets enjoy our bonds, lets smile and be free 
I'll be your crying shoulder, your wall, your joker and your glee
Screw the future, lets do what needed according in what we see
I will be there in your worst side til your ascendancy

I will be here, from the day you found me til the endI shall be your shield, your sword and a peer with a hand to lend 
If the gods above will go against you, destiny I shall bend
I'll be there with you through frostbite and brimstone I'll comprehend
