Two lovebirds in a cage

Two hearts, once fell for one another
They would do anything and everything together
Their worries melts and hearts are light as feather
Hoping that time will move and tick more slower

But the two hearts was inevitably split apart
The status they have are different from end to start
The woman so rich, her wealth is off the chart
But the man so unfortunate, but has a golden heart

They maybe in love, but they're simply puppets
The standards controls them and treated as moppets
Love maybe mutual but different in most aspects
Chances of getting away but splitting up are the certain effects

The promise in the bridge, can be broken by commands
Cannot surpass it, even by their romantic demands
The red string of faith maybe as strong as stone
But it will be useless when the rose is all alone

But its ok, knowing she will find someone better
A wealthy man, clothed on a pricey coat of leather
She will be living in royalty, a dream-like life forever
As I live re-reading and reminiscing her perfumed letters

Farewell, my beloved sweetheart...
Maybe in the next life, I will be your best part
Your smile, will always remain in my heart
For I shall leave you, a new life you will start

For our love cage we leave and depart
Find our pieces and complete our puzzling part
But the memories we had is still our greatest art
I will hold on to it, even if the world will restart
