The story is a good read. The title also showcases the main story. I am not sure about the cover. The story description is really great. It tells you about the story but not the plot. The opening chapter is perfectly written and that is the way you should write an opening chapter. The characters are very well created, they are also described well.
I have read a few books like this before, not completely the same, but the story is a bit similar so I think it's not completely original. The writing style is good, I really like the way you have introduced the characters at the start. The book is not at all fast, it's very descriptive and detailed. I think the plot can be improved in the first few chapters. The grammar is perfect. Overall I enjoyed the book, but I think I would not really pick it. But, the author has done a really great job.
