THIS STORY IS A SPECIAL ONE SINCE LEVI'S BIRTHDAY IS CLOSEEEEE
"Hange!" I barged into my bestfriends quarters and saw that she's working on something. Dang her room is pretty messy, papers everywhere and some are from her lab
"Oh Y/n! What is it? Did you finally decided to take part on my experiments?!" She excitedly squilled while running towards me. Oh no
"No, I might get killed. Anyways, have you decided on what birthday gift you should give Levi yet?" She gave me a teasing look. Here we go
"Ohh~ a birthday gift huh?~" she teased as she went out of her room so I followed her
"Stop it, his birthday is coming and I don't know what to give him" A lot of our comrade's greeted us so we kept nodding out head while walking
"I'm not sure yet, you can just give him tea, mug, or be his slave and make him coffee everyday" She joked so I hit her arm lightly
"No way, I want it to be something special. It's also Christmas so I'll give him two gifts" I excitedly said. Hange was dumbfounded because gifts can cause a lot of money but it isn't a problem since I'm born as a noble
"Lucky you. Are your parents gonna pay for it?" She asked and I shook my head
"No, I saved up enough money to buy him two presents. I don't want to ask my parents for money because I'm already old enough and I have a job" I shrugged and she nodded. Once you've been in this squad for years, you'll become mature
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go shopping!" She excitedly said and dragged me with her

"Where are you two brats going?" Both me and Hange froze when we saw Levi right in front of us
"Uhhhh" Hange true to find a excuse
"We're going out to find some things for Hange's experiments" I smiled and Hange nodded agreeing with my alibi
"Yes, yes. I ran out of materials so you know, we need to go buy some" Hange once again held my wrist, ready to pull me with her any second
"Yes, if you'll excuse us we have-oh!" I yelped when I felt hange pull me but we weren't moving because someone was holding my other wrist
"What's the rush?" I look behind me and saw that Levi is the one who's holding me
"We need to hurry because you know, Erwin might call us" Hange once again tried to pull me but Levi's grip only went tighter
"I'll accompany you guys. You guys can't go there alone there are perverts and pickpocketers everywhere" Shit, he does have a point
"Uh sure" I smiled and Hange looked at me with wide eyes and mouthed 'what are you doing?'
"Great then" Hange freed my wrist but Levi was still holding mine so when he started walking he practically dragged me too

"What do you brats need to buy?" Levi asked as soon as we arrived. There are a lot of people and most of them looked at us in disgust when they saw our uniforms, well it's no shock because they believe that we're "flushing" their money out of the toilet because of our expeditions
"I'll take care of what I need to buy, you go take care of Y/n" Hange winked and was about to go when I grabbed her wrist halting her
"You can't go alone, something might happen to you" I worriedly said. I mean it because people are mad at us, I'm afraid that they might do something to us when we're alone
"Y/n, I appreciate your concern but nobody will try to abduct or try to hurt because they know I'm a psycho" She winked and happily went somewhere. She does have a point, everyone knows she's addicted to titans
"Is there any store in particular that you want to go to?" He asked and I shyly nodded and started walking while he followed
How the hell can I buy something with him with me! I'm supposed to buy him a gift and it wouldn't be a surprise when he's with me!
"Anything catched your eyes yet?" He asked and I shook my head. I kept looking around for the perfect gifts for him but I can't find any
"You can go look around to if you want, I can just call you if I need something" I smiled and he nodded before looking at things too. I wasn't looking at things, I'm just secretly looking at Levi from afar. I'm gonna but whatever catches his attention
I was looking at him when I accidentally bumped into something, I gasped when I saw it was full of plates, and cups set. Luckily it didn't break or I would be in a lot of trouble
"This is a perfect gift for him" I whispered to myself. I looked to check if Levi is looking at me, and when I confirmed that he wasn't I grabbed a set of tea cup set before running towards the register to pay
"Please don't look now, please don't look now" I kept repeating while looking at Levi who's still looking around
"What do you want to pack this in?" The cashier asked grabbing my attention
"Can you wrap it in a birthday wrap first and then a newspaper?" I asked and the cashier nodded. There will be a additional payment for the birthday wrap though but it's fine

"Thank you" I said and got my first gift for Levi
"What'd you get?" I almost dropped it when I heard Levi's voice behind me. Gosh luckily it didn't
"Uhhh nothing really. Just some you know... stuff" I awkwardly said. He raised a brow indicating that he didn't buy my alibi
"Oh! Finally I found you two!" It was Hange with a lot of things in her hands. Most are for her experiments, she even has a spear with her
"Hangeeee~" I nervously said. Thank God she came
"Hey girl, are you guys done?" She asked and both me and Levi nodded
"Levi, you didn't buy anything?" Hange asked and Levi shrugged before answering
"Everything is way too expensive" He grumbled, well it is true. Things in here are pretty expensive
"Can you guys stay here for a bit? I forgot to buy something" I awkwardly said. I just thought of the second perfect present!
"I should come-" I didn't let Levi finish and I just ran outside to the nearest jewelry store. I hope they didn't see me go in
"Hi, is there anything in particular that catches your attention?" The seller asked as she showed me some of their jewelries
"I would like to take a look at some necklaces please" She nodded and guided me to the necklaces section where she pointed the new arrivals, the most expensive one, the cheapest one, etc.
On the corner of my eye something suddenly catched my attention and I immediately pointed it
"Can I see that one?" I asked and she nodded and slowly pulled out the necklace out
"This is perfect"
