The lyrics echoed in her ears when she was listening to FM. True that, she had been pushing every minute just to cross a month.. However she might have tried to divert herself, she ended up missing him.. It was no way different for varun as well. Even though he had a lot of work in office, his mind constantly decoded her image instead of concentrating in coding for his project.  They felt tough to cross the weekdays  but it was worst when it came to weekend, they were literally killing time.. Sanjana video called him on one such weekend...

Sanjana : Pattu....

Varun : Sollu de... Enna panra...

Sanjana : Summa than irukken... How was your yesterday ? Team outing lam epdi pochu...

Varun : Yeah it went on good.. Except for few...

Sanjana : Yeah i know... I happened to see those photos... Why is that girl clinging to you on every single photo... Who is she ?

Varun : She is one teammate of mine.. She is the only South Indian in the team, so I spoke to her during the initial days... That was my mistake, she began to roam around me from then... I tried my upper end to stay away from her... But see how she was standing...

Sanjana : I should have inscribed my name of the revealing side of the kaapu rather than the other way I had gifted you... Na mattum nerla irunthen, avala.....

Varun : I just missed this possessive kannukutty of mine... Nee Evlo cute ah irukka theriyuma...

Sanjana blushed on his reply making her remember the happenings that day...

Varun and Sanjana were walking on a trail in yelagiri where they went for the two day vacation before he signed off to Pune.. It was a chilled breezy evening and they decided to walk for sometime after their heavenly nap in each other's embrace.. They were talking about random stuff and she wanted to snack while walking.. She went to the nearby store making him wait outside...

Varun was simply sightseeing and there came a girl who might be in her late teens or early twenties and she came near him after staring at him for more than ten minutes.

Girl : Hello

Varun : Yeah Hi...

Girl : Are you new to this town? Do you need any help?

Varun : Yeah I'm here as a tourist...I'm just waiting for my....

Even before he could complete, she replied...

Girl : Your friend ?

Varun just let out a blush filled smile exposing his dimples which could bring butterflies in any girl easily as a cake walk. And sure she did feel the same... But he smiled thinking about his girl...

Girl : Don't you dare to smile...

Varun : Pardon me!

Girl : I guess God has spent much time to bring out you...

Varun : Do you mind if I say that's too cheesy...

That's when Sanjana came out of the store and she was boiling upon seeing the scene infront of her...

Sanjana : Pattu... Yaar ithu?

Girl : Neenga yaaru... Enna avara pattu nu koopadareenga...

Sanjana : En pattu va Na pattu nu than koopduven... (Saying she caressed his cheeks and poked on his dimples ) Nee Yaaru nu sollu...

Girl : Hello... How dare you touch his dimples...

Sanjana : Because that's mine..

That girl literally pushed Sanjana aside and tried to stand near varun.

Girl : Neenga than solreenga, mine nu... He is not at all responding to you anything...

Sanjana pulled him near to her and said : Athu than Na solren la...

Girl : Atha avar sollatum...

Sanjana raised an eyebrow indicating , "Ethukku ipdi pathutu irukka, ethavathu pesu"

Varun just smiled at her possessiveness and dragged her close to him and placed a deep kiss on her lips. It all happened in a blink of a second. The girl ran out of the place due to embarrassment...

But they both continued their moment rather he made her stay on that... That was indeed a beautiful kiss expressing her possessiveness, his affection towards her, the way he admired her, the way she owned him... They parted when they felt breathless..

Sanjana : Fraud paiyya...

Varun : Enna de...

Sanjana : I would have never believed if anyone had told me that I would kiss my love of life on a public road six months back... You made me do all those crazy things....

Varun : Na Enna de panninen... Nee than antha ponnu kitta i am taken nu solla sonna.... Na en style la sonnen...

Sanjana : Athukkunu apdiya... Antha ponnu Enna nenachuruppalo...Hey wait a minute... Did you try to mean that you would smooch me again infront of this sticky girl if I were there now...

Varun : May be not just a smooch this time...

Sanjana : What do you mean...😮

Varun : I would have introduced to everyone over there nu solla vanthen....

Sanjana : Hmmm... Fraud payya... I miss being there with you...

Varun : Just few more days de chellamma...

Sanjana : Few days ah.. Passing this one month was already an year for me... I just hope that I would get a project in Pune...

Varun : Hopefully you will...Athu than you have given your preferred locations la...

Sanjana : Athu than en bayame... Hoping that I could stay with you, I gave my first choice as Pune and second as Mumbai, where I could atleast see you often in the latter case... But what if I get a project in some other location just like you...

Varun : Kannamma... Listen... If you get a project in either of these locations then it's well and good... If not, the distance factor would never affect our love. You had trusted me even after seeing those photos where I had been surrounded with girls... You had stood for us and when people in training tried to gossip about our relationship after I left Chennai. You would think that the distance might drive us apart, but in contrast long distance relationships actually develop stronger, more intimate bonds. So just believe in us and our love...

It was indeed true, distance and love are always directly proportional to each other when both of them were true to themselves as well as their relationship. This thought enlightened her mood and she felt happy for having varun in her life...
