****Sonny's Pov****

((Saturday))

Nina and I arrived at the precinct

"Carisi, my office now...bring Nina too."
Cragen said

"Ok." I said

Nina and I followed him into his office and he shut the door, Olivia was standing in there.

Nina and I sat across from him.

"Olivia filled me in on what she told you so some of this will be repeat some of it not." Cragen said

"We are concerned of Nina's and your's safety with Travis being on the run and him knowing you was the one that got this investigation so to say going he may try to retaliate. You are on desk and office duty until further notice. Also we don't want you to leave Nina home alone, he wouldn't know where you live but I would
Rest better if she's here doing school work online or whatever is best." Cragen said

"Yeah I discussed with Nina some last night about it and with Nina's history of some mental health issues I didn't feel right or comfortable to leave her alone. I assured her to not be afraid that we would be safe." Sonny said

"Sonny there's something's I would like to discuss with you privately." Cragen said

"Hey why don't you go aggravate Fin and uncle Nick and I'll be right out." I said to Nina

"Ok." She smiled Olivia led her to the door and let her out and Olivia shut the door behind her

"How's everything going with Nina so far?" Cragen asked

"It's been a journey, but she seems to be handling the news of me being her dad. She still calls me Sonny, I just wish she would call me dad." I said

"Give it and her time, it's going to be ok." Olivia said

"How are you handling it all?" Cragen asked

"Handling it ok, just trying to make sure I be the best I can be for her." I said

"Well if you have a hard time handling it you come talk to me." Cragen said

"I will captain thank you." I said

****Nina's Pov****

I was sitting on Nick's lap he was letting me play an Nintendo switch he keeps in his desk

"Nina you're killing it on the Minecraft." He said

"I try." I smiled at him

"So how are you handling everything?" He asked

I paused my game and looked Nick in the face

"I wanna call him dad but I'm afraid, I'm afraid if I call him dad I'll get yanked out of that house, anything bad...but it's hard taking in Donald isn't my dad when I thought he was all these years ." I said

"Nina; it's ok. You're safe now." He said

"Yeah, it's hard still to accept that to be truth." I said

"Have you cut anymore?" He asked

"No, I wanted to yesterday but didn't." I said

"I'm here for you." Nick said

I wrapped my arms around Nick

"I love you uncle Nick." I said

"Love you too Princess." He said

I let go of Nick and seen Sonny standing there

"Hey I'm going to take you to my office so Finn and Nick can work." He smiled
