"Why are we going 5 hours early?" You say.

"Come on and wear a jacket" Bucky says excitedly through the phone.

30minutes later~

"We can go in my car!" You say as you see Bucky sitting on his bike.

"We are going on my bike" Bucky say as he pulls you and puts a helmet on you.

"I'm not holding you" you say as you see him looking at you from the rear-view mirror.

Wow this is a way!

You were forced to clutch on him due to the high speed of the bike. This time you were less scared than the last time so 15 minutes into the road you open your eyes to see the hills around you. The sweet December wind kissing you and messing with your loose strands of hair. Birds chirping in some distance, whole city in ice as if wearing a huge veil. Little sunrays peeking through the clouds to take a glimpse of the beautiful chaos down around you. All other sounds faded over the sound of your periodic heartbeat. Your eyes reciprocating what you heart was feeling as warm happiness spills from your eyes and goes down your cheeks. You are moving it's true, but time stopped long back. It stopped the moment your sound mind took over your insecurities and fear. Magic is real and you could feel it in the wind, and in the warmth your body was feeling. As much as you liked holding on to the warmth, you opened your arms wide, welcoming the happiness completely, hugging the winds.

You decide to enjoy the moment. You hold him back and for the first time you don't want to let go. For the first time you were actually happy to be with him, and away from the world, for the first time you found peace with his presence. Although, your insides were killing you as you do not understand why this would ever happen. But you realized that this was momentarily, all this was just because of the time and the moment you both were captured in, hence it means nothing. Nothing at all.

You didn't notice nor did he, but if you did you could have felt that his body relaxed on your touch and that constant smile never left his lips. He and you didn't acknowledge the fact that the moment you had left him to spread your arms, you both although loved it, wanted nothing but to gain that contact again.

And it was killing him too cause he could feel his heartbeat racing still at peace but he couldn't identify the reason why. All his question and doubts left him the moment he looked at you from the mirror, you, holding him tight, eyes partly shut, lips spread in a smile, chin resting on his right shoulder. Don't know why but he felt at peace.

As hateful as it sounds, you couldn't keep moving for an eternity, so you stop.

"Keep your eyes shut" Bucky said with a strange change in his voice.

Normally you would have a comeback ready till now but today you mind gave in, maybe because of the calm winter morning.

Bucky helped you out of the bike, going behind you, he held his hands up to your eyes, covering them as he saw you trying to look.

"No peeking" He chuckled making you giggle. Giggle, you actually giggled on a comment made by the very irritating and unbearable James Buchanan Barnes.

You followed his lead as he walked you through grasses? He pulled his hands away saying "Ta-da"

You open your eyes and gasp, a beautiful wooden house on the edge of a beautiful tulip garden, backside was pine trees and in the distance, you could see the hills.

"You brought me here to murder me at such a beautiful place!" You say teasingly as your eyes remain wide open.

Bucky chuckled and whispered in your ears "Yeah figured it would be easier to hide your body here provide that no one comes here"

He took you towards the house and not gonna lie you were so scared to go inside the house knowing that he could actually kill you and no one would know. He took your hands and practically dragged you up the stairs towards the front porch. He sat you down on the tiny wooden bench as he went inside the house. When he came back out, he brought two cups of coffee, setting them down on the tiny table. Then, he sat himself on the bench too.

"I don't understand, like is this your farmhouse?" You ask truly having no idea of what was happening and where you were.

Bucky sighs and answers "This was my mom's place; a gift dad gave her on her 23rd birthday. We would come here during holidays. After we moved to Brooklyn we stopped coming here as it reminds me of her. I came here after years. Nobody except me and Dad knows about this place, I don't want them to"

You brows furrow as confusion engulfs you "Then why did you bring me here? Why did you come here..."? You mind fighting several thousand questions. You had never known anything about Bucky, you didn't even know this side of him exists. He never talked about his emotions and family, leave it alone he never talked to you, just like you prayed. But why know? Why after 12 years of meeting each other, including 5 years of not knowing if the other person is even alive, why now?

"Today's her b'day, if she was alive we would have been decorating this house and baking cake....I really miss her, I love her. I don't remember a lot about her since I was only 9 when..." Bucky said as tears formed in his eyes, as soon as he realized, he quickly turned his face and stood up and very secretly wiped his tears.

He was confused and little frustrated, he never let his emotional side show. He shut down his emotions long back when he was just a little boy who lost his mother and whose father was too busy to be with him or comfort him. Now yes, he realized his father had broken from inside, but that still doesn't justify- him leaving his child with his grandparents, when Bucky required him the most.

Bucky could not understand why he did this, why he shared his emotions with someone?
