(The scene zooms into a wrecked Metropolis corner-shop. A television next to one of the shop windows, while on it's side and flickering, still works. It shows a Metropolis news report.)
Reporter: Reports are coming in that Kamen Rider Decade retrieved the Matrix of Leadership. However the the Autobots plan to invade the Earth, and making things worse, the looting continues.
(A looter passes by the shop. He walks out of frame, and only his shadow cast on a nearby wall is seen. Another shadow drops from above and lands in front of him.)
Looter: Raptor! How's it going? Yea...it's been a while, I got all the money for you--
(Savage Lad comes behind him and turns into a dinosaur.)
Looter: No, no, no, please! I got the money! Waaagh!
(Savage Lad eats the looter alive while in his dinosaur form. As Savage Lad reverts to normal, the shot pans round to show Raptor standing in front of him.)

(Raptor and Savage Lad walk round the corner, through the devastated streets of Metropolis. He stops as Kamen Rider Decade stands in their way.)
Raptor: Metropolis isn't your turf, Lincoln White.

Decade: (draws a Zero-One Card) Henshin.
Decadrive: Kamen Ride: Zero-One.

(Replace the Zero-One Drive with a Decadrive)
Zero-One: There's only one who can stop you both, and it's me.
Savage Lad: Why don't you give us the Matrix of Leadership and return to Hatville before you get hurt?
(Lincoln simply knocks Savage Lad out with a roundhouse kick.)
Zero-One: Don't bother getting up, Savage Lad. You and Raptor will go to jail.
(Raptor tries to attack Lincoln, but the Kamen Rider dodges his attack.)
Raptor: Not without a fight.
(Raptor draws his staff and tries to attack Kamen Rider Decade, But Lincoln manages to dodge each one of his attacks again. Then he draws his Attache Calibur, and with a precise hit, he pierces his belly, bringing him down on his knees, and then he kicks his face, knocking him out. Then General Grodd comes in.)

Grodd: I'm impressed you managed to go some rounds with two of the Teen Tyrants.
Zero-One: I'm just a Kamen Rider passing through, General Grodd.
Grodd: I'll bring them to the officers. The Decepticons need you in Chicago.
