Chapter Two

Y/n bowed to Kami as he stood in front of his door.

"Thank you so much for saving me today."

"Of course. It was a pleasure to save you."

Y/n turned around, unlocking his door before entering. Inside, Mrs. Ahn rushed the boy.

"Ya!! Where have you been?!"

Y/n looked at the ground, trying his best to speak up.

"I lost track of time, and didn't realize what time it was till the sun set."

Y/n prepared himself as he spoke the next part of his explanation.

"On my way home, I was attacked by random people. But-"

"YOU WERE WHAT?!"

"I was attacked by random people, but Kami ssi saved me and Ms. Miyawaki helped me recover."

Mrs. Ahn took a long deep breath.

"At least you're home safe."

Y/n stood in silence as he noticed his sister peeking from the stairs with worry plastered across her face.

"Now go eat. You have your first day at academy tomorrow."

Y/n nodded, walking to the kitchen to serve himself a plate. After eating and going through his nightly routine, Y/n laid in bed, smiling gleefully.

"Tomorrow's the day."

Y/n dozed off, passing through the night.

The next morning, Y/n awoke, energized. At the foot of his bed were a pile of bags labeled "Uniform." On top of the pile read a note.

"This will be your uniform. You will wear this every day to the academy without exception."

Well that's inviting...

Y/n went through his morning routine, throwing on his uniform.

Where did they get my body measurements? Whatever.

Y/n rushed downstairs to see Yujin already eating.

"Good morning, Oppa."

"Good morning, Yujinnie. How do you like your uniform?"

"It's really comfortable. How about you?"

"I like it. It makes me feel strong."

Yujin scoffed, "You haven't even stepped food on academy grounds. Relax."

Y/n ignored that comment, choosing to summon his knife.

"I will become the strongest!!"

Yujin nodded her head, focusing back on her food.

"Yeah, yeah."

After breakfast, the two siblings stood at the door, putting on their shoes.

"I never thought I'd see the day where you two would leave the house at the same time," Mrs. Ahn chuckled.

"We would have if we both continued through school," Yujin reasoned.

Y/n nodded in agreement.

"Whatever. Stay safe out there, okay?"

"Yes," The two siblings replied in unison.

Y/n opened the front door, smiling as he set his first step towards the academy.

"Oppa, remember, the kids in our new class are going to be of varying ages. Try your best to make friends."

Y/n scoffed, "I'm more worried about you. I have two of my classmates from school in this bunch."
