The fight was intense. The surprise attack wasn't much of a surprise attack anymore but I kept my composure. The anger Tony had risen in me was suiting me well so far. My punches were harder and my kicks were higher.

Until I was knocked off my feet by someone. I stood up immediately dodging a punch to the face. I lunged backwards and balanced on one of my hands as I used my leg to knock the guy off his feet. I punched him once knocking him straight out.

Everything was going well "I'm gonna try to get it," Tony said into the comms. Hearing his voice annoyed me which seemed to have pulled my focus from my task.

I was running through an empty clearing when suddenly I was slammed into a large tree full force by a blue stream. "fuck" I muttered "enhanced on the field" I said into the comms followed by a groan.

"Are you ok?" Natasha asked "you sound strained" she further questioned "yeah just got thrown into a tree I'm fine" I lied. "I have the scepter," Steve said into the comms "everyone make their way back it's too dangerous if there's enhanced on the field" he added.

I felt a little blood on my face and realised there was a cut across my face. I tried getting up and realised my ankle was dislocated. I fell right back where I got up from.

"Need any help?" someone asked and the red and gold suit appeared "not from you for sure," I said "look don't be stubborn" Tony said as he inched towards me. "Come any closer and I'll slap you again," I threatened.

"Look I'm so-" Tony started "you have 30 seconds to disappear before that slap becomes a reality" I said and he finally stepped back. "Let me at least fix your ankle," he said. "Leave," I said sternly this time.

"Fine if you die here then that's on you," he said angrily before blasting off. "No shit" I mumbled he was so dramatic but now I actually had to figure out how to get back to the helicarrier.

I used a tree to get up stabilising myself and then started hopping on my one good ankle. My cheek and hand were stinging which indicated cuts and my ankle should hopefully be a simple fix.

I was in pain but it was nothing compared to back in the red room. Those fights were usually near death. My obsession with wanting to be the best ended with me being chosen to go on the more dangerous missions.
