Encanto takes place in El Encanto obviously (amazonas departmant in colombia) While Luca takes place in portorosso. Thanks to my dedication I drew it on a map for ya

The tiny red dot next to italy is close to Porto Rosso, Italy is actually the country on the left of it (I know it should be a little more west and south. My fingers are too thicc to draw this on my phone) Anyways you get the distance ;) While all the way over there close to the green spot is El Encanto.
So even though I know it is technically impossible to easily travel to those areas from the other, I am going to pretend the great distances don't exist :) Hope you don't mind.
