I can not stand it anymore.

I will just accept the fact that I can never be with him.

KINABUKASAN , maaga akong nagising. Gusto kong umalis nang hindi niya nalalaman. If I see him today, I might stay again and I know it's wrong.

Lawrence was right. I should not ran into the arms that are not ready to hold me.

I went downstairs carrying my luggage. I sighed as a relief when I noticed that the surrounding was silent.

Tinignan kong muli ang kabuuan ng bahay na ito. I smiled bitterly as I held the doorknob.

"Don't."  I heard a baritone voice.

One word.

It was just one word but it was sure enough to mess up with my mind.

No. I have to remind myself that I shouldn't stay.

"I'll leave now. You can't do anything about it," I replied without glancing at him.

Napalunok ako ng nanatili siyang tahimik. Alam kong may mangyayaring hindi maganda. Nakakatakot kapag tahimik lang siya.

His silence means mess, to me.

"Then go. "

Parang sinaksak ang puso ko sa mga salitang binitawan niya. Ngunit alam ko na mas makakabuti na nga ito, nang hindi ako mahirapang umalis.

Bubuksan ko na sana ang pintuan ng magsalita ulit siya.

"That's what you always do right? Running away. When you know things can't go as you planned, you always ran away leaving me behind. "

This time, I looked at him. Nakapamulsa lamang siya habang tamad na nakatingin sa akin.

"I am not as brave as you. Anong gusto mong gawin ko? Manatili sa tabi mo? Anong mapapala ko?" Humigpit ang hawak ko sa maleta.

"You always quit on me." His eyes met mine.

I never quit on you. I wish I knew how to quit on you.

With shaking arms, I asked "Will you believe me if I tell you that I remembered it?"

"Remembered what?" he looked at me with confusion.

"The wedding day.." I uttered.

It was only 3 words but it was enough to make him stop. His eyes became dark again. His jaw moved aggressively. His fist clenched. He looked straight into my eyes as he walks towards me.

"Tell me."

"Would you believe me?"

"I'll decide once I hear your story," he continued walking towards me.

"Tell me you believe in me  first." I raised a brow.

Tumigil siya sa paglalakad. Nanatili siyang tahimik. Tila pinipigilan niyang magsalita.

"You don't believe me," I said.

He looked at me and raised a brow.

"If you do not even believe me, how will anybody else believe what I say?" I asked.

He smirked. "Just Go. Go and don't ever come back."

He turned his back on me.

"Why don't you ever ask me to stay?" my voice cracked.

"If I ask you, will you really stay?"
