Chapter Twenty Six

A month later- Ahmira-

After finding out I wasn't pregnant and Kenzie was, I always found myself over her house taking care of her like she was my baby mama. She technically was, because that's my bitch.

Anyways she told Chris a week after she took the pregnancy test and he was so excited like it was his first child and it was so adorable. She went to her first check up and they said she is as healthy as a horse

"Hey how you feeling" I said sitting next to her

"I'm okay. You and Chris have done enough especially you" she said looking up at me. Rubbing her small belly

To be honest I didn't have anything to do. August was on tour and I was fairly lonely. He checked up on me but it wasn't the same with with being physically with him. I needed him

"Okay, we'll just call me if you need anything" I said getting up. She nodded and I left going to my car. I seen max in the corner of my eye and got in my car.

I got in and made my way to my grandmothers house. I haven't seen her in a few weeks. I parked my car in the front. I reached down for my bag and picked it up to see my pill bottle fall out. I picked it up and sighed

"Shit" I said taking out one and popping in my mouth. I knew I was forgetting to take something. I sighed knowing I had to get back on track.

I got out of the car and made my way inside the house. I had got a key made because sometimes she would forget who I was and not let me in. I walked in Ms seen her staring at the wall with the tv off.

"Hey grandma" I said sitting next to her rocking chair. She didn't say anything. She barely blinked. I sighed knowing it was getting worse.

I heard something come from the kitchen and immediately hopped out my seat and pulled my 9 and pointed it towards the kitchen.

"Damn Ahmira" Dave said putting his hand up. I sighed

"What are you doing" I said putting my gun back up

"I'm checking on her. Miss packin" he said setting her tray in front of her. I sighed and sat back down

"She's not eating again" I said looking at her. He sighed

"Nope, I fixed her sum anyway just in case she gain a appetite" he said. I nodded and got up and kissed her cheek.

"Im gonna go" I said taking a deep breath.

"Listen, I'm really sorry about the trip incident" he said looking down at me

"It's okay" I sniffled and he gave me a side hug. I left out and went to my car and broke down. I couldn't catch a break

August- 3:56pm-

I was in Nola about to Visit my moms since I haven't in a while. I made a mental note to text Ahmira after since I haven't talked to her all day. I knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer

"Look it's uncle Aug" Kay Kay screamed. I smiled and picked her up

chay and mya came running down and hugged me.

"Wassup yall" I said walking in the living room while they was still holding onto me

"We missed you nephew" chay said sitting next me. I laughed

"I miss y'all too naughter" I said tickling them.

"Where yo girlfriend" Mya asked looking up at me

"She at home" I said. She nodded
