After the party, the six original Vks walked over to the front of the bridge, holding hands.
"Do you ever miss them?" Evie asked the others, looking out onto the Isle of the Lost.
"Yeah," Jay smiled.
"Do you think that they miss us?" Mal joked as the other five laughed.
"Realistically, no," Elijah said, causing all of them to laugh, "But... I do have hope that they will."
"It's more of a hope rather than a reality," Isaac said, sadly.
"Yeah, but, no matter what, we'll always stick together," Evie told the other VKs.
"Yeah," Carlos answered.
"Of course," Mal added.
"Cause we're rotten..." Isaac said as he held out his fist.
"To the core," The six said in unison as the other five put their fist in the middle.
"Hey, last one to the bridge..." Carlos started with a grin.
"Is a rotten apple," The six shouted together before racing across the bridge.
This is the end of the beginning for them, always...
