A KNOCK came from the other side of the door. "Come in." I sighed putting my book down.

Druig walked in with an unrecognizable expression. I rolled my eyes and picked my book back up. "Solace, I need to talk to you."

"No, you don't. You just want to." I mumbled, nose buried in my novel.

"Regardless, we should Sol." Druig crossed his arms in front of me.

"Fine, Druig." I breathed, dropping my book on the night stand. "What do you want."

"I'm sorry Sol, I had to save those people. I know it was wrong of me to leave, but I knew if I looked back I never would've left." He apologized.

It took everything in me to not throw myself at him, I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss him." Well maybe you should've looked back then, cause maybe we wouldn't be here."

"Solace, I'm sorry I left you, but I did what I thought was right."

"Guess what, it wasn't the right thing to do. You can go now." I stood up out of bed, grabbed my book, and put it back on the shelf. I just needed something to distract me from him, anything at all.

"All right. Just promise me you'll think about forgiving me?" He asked sadly.

"Promise." I sighed, resting my head against the bookshelf.

"I'll come back later." Druig walked out, closing the door behind him. Should I forgive him? He left me alone for 500 years, but I miss him greatly. What's the harm if I forgive him?

It had been an hour when I heard a knock on the door for the second time today. "Who is it?" I asked, lying down in bed.

"It's me." Druig mumbled from the other side.

"It's me, doesn't really help." I joked playfully.

He entered my room smirking, "So...?"

"All right, I forgive you." I smiled.

He grinned walking and sitting on the edge of my bed. I opened my arms as a sign for him to hug me. He chuckled before leaning forward and embracing me tightly. I mumbled, "I missed you."

"I missed you more." He muttered against my lips lifting his head up.

I leaned in, and his lips met mine. We kissed for what felt like hours before we pulled away. "Maybe I should leave more often if I get a kiss like that." Druig joked.

"Don't you even think about it." I smacked his arm lightly.

"So, what did you come up with?" I asked Phastos, knowing he loves to ramble about his inventions to someone.

"I'm creating bracelets using Sersi's sphere. This will give Sersi and Makkari's energy to Druig allowing him to put the celestial to sleep." He explained waving his arms around fabricating it.

"Simple but efficient." I noted, playing with the silver chain around my neck, it had an S charm signifying my name.

"My beautiful, beautiful Sol." Druig said walking behind me. "And what is this?" He asked, referring to the chain, hooking a finger around it.

"A necklace, I actually got it the day we finally started courting." I replied taking it from his hand.

"Mm... did you, now?" He muttered against my lips.

I leaned into the soft kiss before Phastos and Kingo rudely interrupted. "W-whats this?"

"Is this new because I still hate it." Kingo admitted.

"I forgave him for your information, Kingo." I smirked, as Druig held my hips gently.

So I started online school today and I am drained! But it's only for one week, I guess. Anyway ,hope you guys have a great day!
