Where I talk about whatever I want to, whenever I want to.
If you want to know what this wattpad addict is working on, gets frothy-mouthed over and hates with passion, this is the book! We're gonna be discussing movies, books (not songs, coz I have...
Guide won't be helpful unless you're a beginner who wants to get into art.
I wanna start this chapter saying I'M NOT PROFESSIONAL. Take the advice with a grain of salt.

Here's some of my art so you get an idea of how good/bad I am. If you think it looks bad, I highly recommend not to take my advice. (and feel free to point out the flaws/ roast my art). Why? Because you should generally only take advice from people who have the results YOU want.
1. Use a reference
Best tip I've ever encountered.
I used to draw without references, which is why my drawings always got the anatomy wrong. Find an image as close as you can to the piece you are trying to draw. Enter Draw This In Your Style Challenges. Use 3D modelling tools to find references
Why are 3D modelling tools the best?
You can decide the pose of your characters, and the lighting too.
I personally use Mikumikudance for 3D animation, but it's also great for drawing. Lots of free resources and super easy to use.
2. What do you want to learn?
You have to have this goal clear. Most people want to learn drawing characters- because we all wanna draw anime husbandos- in which case you'll need to spend some time to learn anatomy, and textures. Many people love drawing backgrounds, in which case you need to focus on perspective and stuff.
If you want to learn to draw to be a comic artist, congrats, you have a lot of hard work to do! Seriously, it's really hard to be a manga/ comic artist- but don't let me discourage you! It's also rewarding, I'm sure. I would recommend learn WRITING before you learn drawing- why? Because drawing tools are a little expensive- you might not be able to afford this if you are a student. For writing you only need Microsoft word, or Plume creator if you want something more helpful.
The point is: decide your focus, and work towards that. If you don't have a focus your improvement will be slower. It's also good to set a system: ie, 'I will learn 1 art related thing a day'.
You'll notice that I give 'know your goal' in pretty much all my 'tips' chapters. That's because this is essential to improvement, at least as far as I've seen.
3. Anatomy: Tips
It's better to focus on one part of the body at once.
For example, you wanna learn how to draw hands (PAIN!). Learn the muscles and bones- the basic structure of the hand. Find some drawing references to learn how to draw.
