"Tess?" He called out surprisingly.
"James?" She snapped her head towards his .direction.
"Do you two know each other?" I asked, confused.
"OMG, it's been long bro" She stood up from her sitting area and hugged James.
I noticed something. James was visibly taller than Tess 😲
"Okay I'm confused here, Do you two know each other?" I asked again.
"Yeahh, This is James, he's my bestie's brother" She smiled widely. "Yeah, do you remember the girl that makes that Shampoo which I gave you?" She asked and I nodded. "That's his sister."
"Wow, Advertising Kenzie's product, you're such a bestie" James grinned.
"I missed you idiot" She hugged him again.
"Missed you more Cupcake" He teased
"If Freddie was here he would have been angry," I said, knowing my brother's temper.
"Why, Freddie knows him," She said.
"You know Freddie?" James asked me.
"Duhh, He's my brother" I rolled my eye.
"Say what now, fuck" He said, Tess knocked him. "I mean wow"
"This world is small," Tess said.
"Is she your girlfriend?" Tess asked James.
"Eww, No" I retorted.
"Why the Eww, James is a great guy" She placed her cheek on his shoulder.
"Yeah, A great guy" James said, Carrying his shoulders high.
"Ehh, your head don dey big na" I rolled my eyes.
He laughed.
"So who are your new friends? I'm seeing new faces here" Tess said.
"Oh, This is Faith and Adesua, my roommates and friends" I introduced.
"Great, Nice to meet you cuties" She hugged them.
"Thanks," They both said
"And you, who's your friend?" She asked James.
"This is my Buddy Andrew" He placed his arm on Andrew's shoulder.
"Nice to meet you sweetie" She stretched her hand out for a handshake. "Oh Lauretta, have you found your guy?" She asked, and took a seat.
"What g…. Jesus Tess, Can I speak to you, like in private?" I didn't wait for her reply, I dragged her away from the guys.
"Jeez Tess" I slapped my forehead.
"What?" She asked innocently.
"That's the guy, Andrew is the guy I told you about," I said.
"Oh my God, I'm sorry I didn't know" She covered her mouth.
"It's okay, we've settled our differences," I said.
"Really, how?"
"He begged and I found out that he and James are her old time besties," I said.
"Nice, so did you find out why he did it?" She asked.
