Lying down beside harsh, annika snuggled into his warmth

A: I'm sleeping here today. Good night

H: don't sleep. We need to talk first
Caressing her hair lovingly Harsh told

A: what?
Looking up to him she asked

H: why are behaving rudely with shivaay? At least he deserves to know the reason. It's never gonna be easy for him. Would you bear it if he did the same with you?

A: dad, don't say anything if you are intending to solve our matter. I've married him when you told me to. But let me decide today

H: you are making me worried

A: dad please just sleep...

H: do you wish to see me sad?

A: never..
She snuggled into his warmth even more

H: then tell me what's bothering you. Has jamini threatened you or what?

Annika couldn't see her father pleading to her again and again

A: I... I don't deserve him dad. You know, he is the best in every way. He never makes me sad or disappointed rather always makes me smile as he finds happiness in my smile. He is so good... But I can never give him the happy life he deserves. If I can give anything, it's sorrows and troubles only. You know right? How much jamini is trying to harm me. I can't put his life in danger because of me.

H: don't say that annika. jamini can't even cause a single wound on you until your father and husband are with you. I've told you to never take tension regarding that psycho woman and spoil your present. She can do nothing, ok?
He caressed her face assuring her safety

But you don't know her next move dad. She may separate us anytime soon. I can't let shivaay get more attached to me knowing that jamini won't let me live with my loved ones. He will be broken when I go away. I don't want that. I want to see him happy. I want to see him with someone else who can provide him happiness only.
She thought

She was intentionally avoiding about the threat as they had promised to not look behind their past. They can't even get a thought of being not biologically related. Their bond was beyond anybody's imagination. Both live for each other even can die for each other. She couldn't say about the message to make him upset.

A: no dad. You can't convince me now. I've decided. Whatever I am doing is for his good only. Besides, I am falling for him dad which I don't want to happen. I just want to see him happy with someone else. He deserves someone better than me

H: will you be able to see him getting married to someone else

A: I.. I don't know. I just want to live with you wherever I am however I am. I can't afford to lose you or go away from you. I need you beside me always. There is my happiness. Don't leave me dad

She crushed her eyes letting the tears fall down. Harsh was asking something and she is saying something else out of somewhere as her mind was clouded with thoughts

H: or after my death?

The next he could feel her grip loosening and she moving away from him. She didn't utter a single word rather moved to other side of the bed. Harsh bit his tongue realizing the blunder he created

H: annika, my doll
He calls out sweetly as much as he can and pokes on her arms. She pushed his hand away and chose to be grumpy

'I am sorry Princess. Please understand me na. How can I live peacefully without giving you to a trustful hand? Today or tomorrow I will have to die na'
