Days passed, shivaay and bhavya's closeness bothered annika. She has been doing her best to control herself when sees them together. She missed his care, his company, his teasings, ... Everything about him. The thing which hurts her most was his ignorance. He doesn't even spare a glance at her. Somewhere, she experienced loneliness. She couldn't pour her heart to anybody. Moreover, She was tired of carrying the burden alone. Only she knew that she would have been feeling secure if shivaay is with her. But she couldn't tell him anything either. She couldn't dare to declare the truth about harsh and her relationship. She had to suppress her emotions when shivaay chose to spend his free time at college with bhavya, when he used to share his lunch with bhavya. The fun time they had in front of her eyes didn't help her even a bit. Her brain heated up when they commonly shared hugs and cheek kisses. He was happy as she wanted, but her heart didn't allow her to be happy for him. She can't let him go, though she realized that she was not ready to speak it out. Even though she had harsh at home, none was there for her at college but silence and numerous thoughts only. Gauri tried several times to give her company, to cheer up her mood. But she was the one who refused to be with gauri, who ignored her whenever she tried to have a chat with her. The reason was she hasn't trusted Gauri yet!

Some days, her father's warmth provided a peaceful sleep to her. Otherwise, her pillow ended up being wet with her tears. Once she tried to talk to shivaay gaining all her courage. But miserably failed when fear gripped her heart. She didn't have a bit of braveness to open up the truth, about her past. She could only do was watch the happenings helplessly

H: What does the family say about your choice?

Harsh asked shivaay while they had dinner

S: huh?

Shivaay sounded confused as he didn't get him

H: I mean.. About bhavya.

Harsh winked at shivaay and watched Annika from the corner of his eyes. She was keenly hearing them though pretended not to pay attention. Shivaay understood harsh's intention and chose to play with him

S: yeah.. They are very happy. Her family status doesn't bother them. After all, she has a good character

Emphasizing the words, he told with an intention behind

H: I had heard that marriage is about to take place within a month

At that unexpected move of harsh, shivaay's eyes widened in shock, he gulped the morsel being nervous. When noticed his astonished face, harsh indicated to be calm and stay with him through gesture.

Before answering Shivaay glanced at annika who hasn't even cared to look at them.

S: yeah, preparatio...ns are going well... I must go back very soon

He managed to say making faces while harsh chuckled at his antics. They realized their work had hit the correct spot when she left the table hurriedly.

H: good job boy....

Harsh laughed silently

S: not that funny ok!

He shooted back. Harsh pretended to zip his mouth and shrugged

H: anyways something is going to happen today.

S: what?

H: let's see dear son-in-law
