I skated to school today cause why not, Steve had gone back to his to get his sport uniform.
When I got to school I passed max skating down the hill "Oh hey Max" I say stopping my skate board "Hi y/n how's it going" she says also stopping hers "You know same old same old stupid homework, more homework and being your best friends therapist nothing knew there. What about you how's school going made some friends?" "I guess you could say that but anyway I gotta get to school later" " C'ya" I say hopping back on my skate board and skating over to Steve.
"So was that the random 13 year old you met at the arcade?" Steve says pointing to Max who was now skating away "Yep sure is, anyway better get to the hall don't wanna be late for the 'big game'" I say heading to the front doors of the school with Steve following "Speaking of the 'big game' are you gonna be there or do you have home work to catch up on?" "No, I don't have work to catch up on I can go to watch if you want" I sat smiling at Steve "Yeah yeah come" "Ok sounds good, I think you better get going through I'll be there in 10 minutes, later" I say running down the other end of the hallway to find Jonathan.
"JONATHAN!" I call out as I see him at the end of the hallway, he flips his head around to look at me "Oh hey y/n what's up" he says walking towards me "When you took Nancy home last night did she say anything to you about anything manly about her and Steve?" "No she didn't even say anything she was too drunk" "Ok thank you, I'll see you round" "Bye" and with that I run towards the gym.

Steve wasn't going so good in the game and of course billy was showing off as much as possible.
Nancy comes in looking for Steve, he spots her and they walk out of the gym even though the game was still going, suddenly billy scores, points to me and says "That's for you y/n!" "Guess what I'm here for Steve not you!" I yell back hoping that might've put billy off focus.
The game was finished and Billy's team had won, Steve walked out I follow him but am stopped by billy "Y/n I think uh you know my step sister, redhead, skate board, bitch, how do you know her?" 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘶𝘺 𝘨𝘦𝘵 "Yeah I know her, can I go now?" I ask not wanting to deal with him. "I met her at the arcade." "Alright no need to get** "Whatever later" I say running out of the gym.
"Steve wait up" I say while going up to him.

When we get to my house after Steve tells me he's gonna try and apologise to Nancy then come back to my house to tell me how it went, I nod and tell him I'm going go to sleep.
I fall asleep almost as soon as my body hits the mattress.

I wake up to a car pulling up in the drive way, I go outside to see Steve and Dustin get out if Steve's car "What the hell am I seeing things or did my younger brother just get out of my best friends car?" "No your not also might wanna fix your hair" Steve says chuckling "What's wrong with my hair?" "It looks crazy" "Oh ok I'll go fix it then you guys can explain what's going on?" "Ok" they say in unison.
I fix my hair then Dustin explains the whole thing about his pet dart being a demogorgon. Dustin is now waiting while Steve goes down into basement thing where dart was meant to be, while I got changed.
I go turn my wardrobe inside-out until I find something I wouldn't mind getting a few rips in. (Outfit)

"Ok so we're pretty sure that dart escaped and he is now running free in the wild" Dustin says while walking into my room with Steve "Oh shit that's bad that's really bad" I say looking at them "Yeah so we're gonna go hunt it down and kill it, do you still have that knife?"Steve says "This one?" I say pulling a large pocket knife from my back pocket "Y/n what the fuck?!" Steve screams "You just carry a knife around with you?" Dustin asks looking horrified "Uh basically" I say I have a small smile "it's protection".
They explain the plan on the way to the train tracks. Steve stops the car near the tracks and Dustin's walkie-talkie starts going off it's Lucas, they something about meeting at the junk yard then turn their walkie-talkies off.
