"It's nice here, 'no? Hindi pinagkakaguluhan ang mga artista."

We've been in the coffee shop for hours now. People look at me and wave excitedly, but they don't ask for pictures. It's been the most peaceful morning of my life!

"Who owns a resort? Baka kilala ko." I had a huge circle in the industry. Hindi ko lang talaga mga close.

"Kilala mo si Remy?" he asked me.

"Remedy? The model?" I asked to be sure. Then, I twisted my hair up into a bun and used the strand to tie it as a ponytail. It was easy to do since my hair was wet and sticky from the saltwater.

He chuckled, biting a french fry.

Hinampas ko siya sa balikat. "Then why did you ask if I know her?"

He shrugged, still laughing. "But it's Lauren," matinong dugtong niya.

His hand flew on his chest, acting hurt. I pushed his cheek gently. "Ouch! That hurt!" pagda-drama pa niya.

"Fling mo si Remy or Lauren, 'no?"

"Used to be." He licked his lower lip after he admitted that.

"Which one?"

"Both."

Napasimid ako. "Model talaga mga type mo."

"Pwede ring artista," he said, smirking.

My brows raised in utter surprise. Pwede bang sumigaw ng 'I volunteer!' dito?!

I made wings gesture with my hands.

"Raya?" Siningkitan niya ako ng mata.

"I invoke my rights against self-incrimination." I bit the french fry he was holding, hiding my smirk.

"I invoke my rights against self-incrimination," Marco mocked, rolling his eyes with a laugh before finishing the fry in his hand. "Okay, Atty. Ano'ng isasagot ko diyan? Operation success? Or operation failed?"

I laughed so loud. "I don't get it." Then, I stopped.

He had this arrogant look on his face.

"Laki naman ng ulo nito!" I hit his head with my hand, causing the volume of his laugh to increase as he dogged my hits. "I'm not telling you any details." I acted as if I zipped my mouth.

He imitated my action to mock me before we laughed in unison.

"You good? Masakit ba?" Agad siyang tumuwid ng upo, nag-aalala.

"Is there a bruise?" I didn't notice one after icing it because I haven't used the restroom yet. However, based on the pain, there is undoubtedly a bruise.
