"Don't you know how much I adore you"
The sun beat down onto the village, leaving a small warmth. The cobblestone roads crooked yet seemingly perfect for the people with their tall and elegant umbrellas. But there in the crowd a raven haired person rushes between the crowded paths, people clearing the way in a rush.
"Is that princess alastor?"
"Oh my"
"I feel so bad for them"
Rushes of whispers filled the princesses ear as they gave people small scowls for speaking about the rumors going on between the four kingdoms. Suddenly a new burst of whispers abrupt as a long hair brunette walked towards the princess.
"Alastor" they greeted,
"Aaliyah" Alastor smirks and the two of them walk together.
"So you've heard of the attacks?" Aaliyah asks eyeing the crowd who eyed back.
"Yes, how devastating that prince Rae would get attacked like that at night" Alastor grimaces only trying to imagine the formidable event.
"Yes very devastating" Aaliyah paused eyeing the princess "I do wish we would have just chatted in my kingdom, instead of talking aloud"
"You know how my father feels" Alastor reminds the girl.
"Yes" Aaliyah mutters before another figures appears screams erupting. There strolled a brunette male with guards on each side of him, the richest of them all.
Sebastian Luna.
"That show off" Alastor scoffs and Aaliyah eyes them reading into their expression.
"I suppose" Aaliyah replies before the male walks up.
"Isn't this low?" He starts "having a meeting out here for the whole world to know? We are higher than this" he lectures but the two princess's don't falter.
"Respectfully, we both know how Alastor's father feels about entering another kingdom" Aaliyah now reminds the boy after being reminded a bit ago.
"What a shame" Sebastian says with boredom and Alastor's face twists into one of anger before they took a calming breathe.
"Listen we need to talk about what happened, Rae's castle was attacked and burned down in all of one night! Whoever is doing this can easily target us next! We aren't safe" Alastor stresses and the two brunettes look to one another.
"Then where do you suggest we go?" Aaliyah asks and Alastor is at a lost for words.
"Well I was hoping one of you would know" Alastor mumbled and Sebastian just gave a short laugh.
"There's no way those savages could invade my kingdom in one's night. It's likely they would get Aaliyah's first, seeing as" he eyes the girl "you aren't fit to be queen at such a young age"
"And you will never be fit to be king. You're just a shiny medal that's waiting to be placed in a holder because you aren't good for anything but" Aaliyah pauses smiling "showing off. Now if we're done here" She fixes her dress "I'm off" she turns and storms away leaving Alastor and Sebastian.
"You've changed Sebastian" Alastor mumbled "and not in a good way" they to turn away leaving the boy alone as he gave a tired sigh.
This was the beginning of a mess, where four kingdoms would fall like cards lazily pressed against one another.
