"Is that them?" People rush out eyeing the covered figure that walked the crooked cobblestone floors, a gloss covered them from rain.
"The blood god?" They ask as people follow behind the figure.
"They would've killed us already"another person scoffed. The mask figure stops in their tracks and turns to them. They make a swift hand motion and another masked figure nods.
"Kill them" they command and in a rush swords are drawn as many citizens get sliced down blood covering the once clear floors.
Screams of horror bounce off the houses as people plead for their lives, but none of the people listened as they kept murdering anyone in sight that wasn't on their team.
And the only reason they could tell was the marking on their hand, ¥.
"Stop!" The masked person commands and they look at the blood god. "Gather the bodies so we can burn these bitches" they say and you can hear they are female. The soldiers looks at her confused "uhm I mean, gather the bodies? So we can burn for our ritual...hail blood god?" She corrected herself and the soldiers began dragging bodies into one big pile. She steps away and drags the blood god with her into an empty house, she slides her mask off.
"Hey listen, why the hell are we even here?" She asks scratching her head her long brown hair obscuring some of her vision. The blood god sighs taking their own mask off.
"Aaliyah didn't you pay attention? I go to different universes to kill every versions of us, or I see through that they kill one another" he spoke in a hushed tone.
"But they aren't hurting us" Aaliyah says.
"You said you wanted to live, you killed Alastor so you could live! What's the difference here? Can't face Sebastian again?" Rae spat out before sliding his mask back on "if you fuck this up Aaliyah, I'll kill you myself" he storms out leaving Aaliyah in the house alone.
She runs her hand down the scar that went from her cheek to her nose bridge, she wished she didn't pull the trigger on Alastor. But her world was doomed either way, a human wasn't meant to live an apocalyptic world, then again she's not meant to live in this world neither.
A world where two Aaliyah's exist, with two different mindsets, and two different strengths. They were entirely different but entirely the same at the exact time.
