Takumi was asleep as a taxi drove him and his friend, Ali to Hosu City. It had been a long day, since Takumi, using his backup Iron Man armor dubbed the Silver Centurion, clashed against one of the villains associated with the Tong, Massacre Man Nitro. Now, not one who can just sit down and rest, Takumi was on his way to Hosu General Hospital to see Tensei Iida... the Pro Hero Ingenium. Everyone in the world knew how Ingenium vouched for Iron Man after their first, and now seemingly only, team up. It was thanks, in part to Ingenium's words that the public started to openly embrace Iron Man. With him being wounded in a battle against Hero Killer Stain.
As Takumi slept, he felt a strange presence in his dream. Like someone who was not supposed to be in his dream was here. Takumi felt as the Iron Man armor (his normal modular model) flew to him opened, allowing Takumi to jump inside of it. "Who is here?" Iron Man asked.
"How am I here? You are not the current bearer of One for All... why am I here? How did I get here?" The voice of a woman said before she looked at Iron Man. Iron Man noticed that the woman was wearing a black outfit with yellow gloves and a white cape. She looked like she recognized him, but he certainly didn't recognize her. She gave him a friendly smile.

"You must be so confused right now." The woman said.
"And it sounds like you are too." Iron Man replied.
"That's because she isn't supposed to be in this time space, nor in your mind scape as you are sleeping. However, I did feel like bending the rules here was necessary for the survival of this world." A new voice said... a voice that Iron Man recognized from the sports festival.
"Who was that?" The woman asked.
"That was Doctor Strange, a Pro Hero and the Sorcerer Supreme." Iron Man replied. Doctor Strange smiled as he appeared.
"Glad you remember me." Strange spoke.

"What's this all about. I didn't think you'd be the type of doctor that makes house calls, Doc." Iron Man quipped.
"That's because he's not." Another voice replied, and it was another voice he recognized... his mentor, Tony Stark.
